Weeks Later
It's been weeks since my birthday. Everything is going so smoothly and perfectly that sometimes I think it's all a dream. And If I wake up I'll lose everything. Jungkook and I don't get to meet regularly but he texts me every time asking if I'm doing good. Even if he can't be present every time, he calls me and says soothing words until I fall asleep.
I was in my company when I received a parcel from Jungkook with a note which says 'I'll pick you up at 8. See ya ─Jeon'.
Currently I'm standing in front of the mirror struggling with my earring. My reflection, a striking vision in a maroon gown that hugged my figure perfectly. The fabric shimmered subtly, catching the light with every slight movement. I took a moment to admire the way the gown cascaded to the floor, its elegant silhouette accentuating my curves.
I focused on my eyes, a rich, dark eyeshadow that complemented the deep hue of my gown. I blended it seamlessly with a hint of gold shimmer on the inner corners, adding brightness to my gaze. A flick of liquid eyeliner defined my eyes, and I finished with several coats of volumizing mascara that made my lashes look long and luscious.
I chose a soft rose blush, which added a natural flush to my complexion. I highlighted the high points of my face with a champagne-colored highlighter, giving my skin a dewy glow. Finally, I applied a bold berry lipstick that perfectly matched my gown. Stepping back, I admired the final result, feeling confident and beautiful, ready for the evening ahead.
I took a deep breath. Despite the confidence and look I'm having, something felt off. A horn made me come out of my thoughts as I put the heels, glancing at my reflection for the last time before making my way out.
Jungkook leaned against his sleek black car, a perfect match to my maroon gown. He wore a tailored maroon suit that fit him like a glove, the fabric glistening subtly in the fading light. The jacket was expertly cut, accentuating his broad shoulders and tapering down to a slim waist.
His striking features were enhanced by his eyebrow and lip piercings, which glinted subtly as he tilted his head. The piercings added an edge to his polished look, contrasting beautifully with the elegance of his suit. The tattoos peeked out from beneath the cuffs of his jacket.
With his hands casually tucked into his pockets, he exuded an effortless charm. He glanced up, catching sight of me as I approached, my gown flowing elegantly with each step. A confident smile spread across his face, revealing a hint of mischief in his eyes. The rich color of his suit highlighted his warm complexion, and the slight stubble on his jawline added a rugged edge to his polished appearance.
He pushed himself off the car, straightening up and taking a step toward me. The evening breeze tousled his hair just enough to give him a relaxed, yet sophisticated look.
"You look stunning," he said, his voice smooth and inviting, as he extended his hand toward me.
I let out a shaky breath. My insides screaming to stay like this, to admire him always. My heart was beating faster, goosebumps erupting my body.
"you okay?" He asked with a concern.
I clutched the hem of his suit pulling him closer as I pressed my lips on him. He wrapped his arms around my waist. I kissed him with such longing and desperation. He seemed to be confused at first but deepened the kiss.
