"Are you hiding something from me?"

I stopped hearing the question. My gaze travelled to his lips before meeting his eyes again. "why do you think like that?"

"no idea" He tucked a strand behind my ear, his hand staying still on my cheeks, thumb brushing on my cheekbone.

"it's nothing but a surprise" I smiled, grazing my fingers on his hair.

"what kind of surprise?" He tilted his head a little.

"I won't say anything until I make it, you said I can do it so I will definitely"

"yes you can and you will"

"by the way, I remembered something"

"yeah"

"did you put my underwear for washing, I couldn't find it"

"no I took it"

"oh.." I nodded my head. "wait- what?!"

"you heard it babe"

"you stole it?"

"no I took it and kept it somewhere SAFE with me"

"Jungkook!" I smacked him, my cheeks burning so I hid my head in his neck, snuggling and clutching his t-shirt. He laughed, hand travelling under my T-shirt. Thank God I'm wearing his shorts.

"is it still hurting?" he asked after a while. His hand drawing circles on my bare back. I shook my head as a no.

I exhaled relaxing. "it feels so good being in your arms, so warm"

He kissed the side of my head, his grip tightening. "me too"

"hey jungkook" I pulled my head off his neck.

"hmm" His brows drew together in confusion.

"would you please do something for me?"

"anything"

"can you please sing 2U? the cover?" I bit my lower lip so hard that it drew blood. Not my fault, he did that before that's the reason.

"the 2u cover? you liked that?"

"I love your everything" I nodded.

"and I love you"

"I love you too"

I got up and let him sit properly, he pushed his hair back before getting the guitar from the side.

"you brought it from the room?" I asked and he hummed.

I blinked twice. His eyes sparkling with the lights of the candles he brought earlier. Even when we were both tired he didn't let the night go that easily, he brought candles too, I felt a warm feeling engulfing me.

He stretched his body behind, took the red rose and gave it to me. I pursued my lips together, I love tulips but roses at night, with candles, I can't. My gaze travelling from the flower to his eyes. He's smiling.

"hmm, being emotional I see" He chuckled.

I pouted "yes, small efforts matter. Thank you"

He tilted his head side to side letting his fingers through the guitar two-three times. He glanced over at me nestling on the blanket, my eyes sparkling with anticipation.

With a deep breath, he began to strum the familiar chords of my personal favorite song.
