JUNGKOOK
"Oww.. Thought you need some help"
I stared at the apple on the floor, my gaze never leaving it. The moment I heard that voice again, it was like a jolt of electricity coursing through me. It was familiar yet distant, echoing memories I thought I had tucked away. I turned slowly, my heart pounding, and there she was—standing in the doorway, just as I remembered, but with something entirely different.
She has changed a little, maybe completely even. My breath caught in my throat as I took the sight of her. She had transformed into someone even more striking than I remembered. Her light brown wavy hair cascaded down her shoulders, framing her face with a wild elegance. Those same captivating eyes still sparkled, but now they held a depth that spoke of experiences and stories untold, a darker aura that felt like she was burning the world around her but this time without any contact lenses, this time with her real eyes.
There's something else in her eyes which couldn't be ignored, not by me. Her eyes were like a book I could read completely, but now her eyes were like a depth of the sea. The more you see the more you drown. Before, she couldn't hide her emotions in her real eyes so she used the contact lenses but now, she is in her real eyes with a 'no entry' to her soul.
She wore black jeans that hugged her figure perfectly, a black T-shirt that exuded effortless cool, and a leather jacket that added an edge to her presence. The high boots clicked against the floor as she walked towards Krystle, and the maroon lipstick she wore only accentuated the fierce beauty she had embraced as a grown woman.
A rush of emotions surged within me: joy, disbelief, anger and a tinge of sadness. I felt a lump form in my throat as I struggled to find how to react. The sound of her voice brought back a flood of memories—late-night talks, shared dreams, and the bittersweet goodbye that had lingered in my mind for so long. It was as if she had stepped out of a dream, embodying the essence of someone who had lived fully and unapologetically. I couldn’t help but wonder how the years had shaped her.
"You-" The guard marched towards her.
"Yes, me?" She raised a brow crossing her arms.
"You little piece of shit. You don't know what you did" He raised his hand but she didn't even blink.
His hand stopped in the middle as Krystle held his wrist stopping him. "You've no right to touch her. Fucking. Back. Off. "
She gritted her teeth standing in between them. Her eyes were dead serious.
"She came first" The guard said with the same anger.
"She never touched you. You're breaking the rule here. So fucking back off" She jerked his hand.
The guard cursed under his breath glaring at her.
"Tch.. No fun" Y/n sighed, her hands in the air before resting by her sides as she spoke up with that same british accent, her brows furrowed in disbelief. "You guys can continue the fight you know, that was better"
"Volkov!" Thomas growled and I looked at him for the first time in a while. From his expression I could see how pissed off he is. "Who the hell is she?!"
"Oops.. Tch.. Tch.." y/n tilted her head to the side getting a look at Thomas. "You're old Thomas" She took steps towards him before standing a few meters away.
"Remember? The one who mixed salt in your coffee and the one destroyed your whole team and set fire in your so-called 'huge' garage?" She raised a brow with a smile playing on her lips which irked me because it was the same smile Krystle showed the other day, the fake one.
