It was a normal night with the group. They all had left the facility and took time to recover. Shortly after, they started school again, which was pretty good. Ashlyn was exhausted from having to rehearse a dance over and over again for a play she had. So now, she was sleeping on Aiden and Taylor, her upper body over Taylor's, and her legs over Aiden's. He held onto her legs as he scrolled, sometimes starting to run his hand up and down her legs as she slept. Taylor was laid on Ben, who was asleep along with her, sometimes waking up to check up on everyone and then going back to sleep. Tyler and Logan were playing games, playfully nudging and arguing every now and then. It was nice having some alone, peaceful, quiet time. It was nice taking some time to relax and not have to stress or worry about phantoms or such by simply just forgetting it.
Sure, it wasn't much, but they had each other. And that's all they needed. And they wouldn't have it any other way. Because as long as it's forever, everything turns better in an instant.
