Waiting for Superman -Grant Gustin

Time skip a few days
Aria gets up and get dressed her and Grant are supposed to go on a road trip  for Christmas because their parents are going on a trip .Grant wants to make a pitstop first at their houses before they really get on the road which aria has no problem since she would get to see whiskey who she has to leave at home cause he gets anxiety being separated from home
"Alright ready"Grant asks
"Yeah I am"she says getting in his car since her car stayed at Alison's place  in Los Angeles Grant starts driving aria takes a nap until Grant wakes her up
"Hey we are here"he says she looks up seeing her house
"Okay I'll be quick grabbing stuff"aria says
"That's fine babe"Grant says as they both get out of the car
They walk in after aria unlocks the door
"Whiskey"grant says bending down and petting him
Aria laughs as she walks to her room seeing it packed up she doesn't question it to much her mom was saying how she wanted to change the rooms around
"Okay then"aria says
"What's wrong"Grant says
"Nothing just my stuff is in boxes so"aria says
"Makes it easier"Grant says picking up one of the boxes
"Okay"she says picking up a pretty heavy box she walks down the steps and out to the car
"Owwww"she say yelping dropping the box down to the drive way as she holds her stomach
"Hey are you okay"Grant says running to her
"It hurts"she says grabbing onto her stomach
"I got you"Grant says holding onto her and bringing her back inside putting her on the couch
"What's wrong"he asks
"I don't know I just got this pain when I had the box it was in my stomach"aria says curling her legs
"Maybe it was a cramp babe just sit I'll grab the rest"he says
"That's not fair to you I'll help"aria says going to stand back up
"Aria stay on the couch your not helping trust me I'll get you to stay on the couch one way or another"he says tossing the keys on the table next to her
"Fine"she say rolling her eyes he smiles at her and runs up the steps bringing down the boxes one by one
"Alright I'm done"he says walking back in grabbing the keys
"Okay"aria says going to stand up when he grabs her holding her like a sack of potatoes
"Ahh Grant put me down"she says hitting his back he chuckles walking out the door and locking it fast he walks to the car and puts her down
"Really Thomas"she says
"Yes aria"he says smiling at her she laughs kissing him before getting in the car
They get to his house and go inside
"Jett hey baby "aria says leaning down petting him
"Yeah"Grant says turning back around to look at her
"Not you I was talking to the dog"I says laughing
He rolls his eyes
"Speaking of dogs where is muffin"he asks
Muffin is their childhood dog Grace named when she was little
"There he is"aria says as the dog walks down the steps
"Muffin"Grant says picking him up and laying on the floor with him aria takes a photo laughing
"I wish we could take him but Grace would kill me"Grant says
"You still have yet to tell me where we are going"aria says
"It's a surprise we should get out of here before my mom and Grace get back to pack"Grant says
"Yeah I know I'm waiting for you"aria says
He runs up the steps coming down with one big box
"They had your stuff in boxes to"aria asks confused
"No I did it when I left for La and just forgot about it but this is it"he says
"You only own one box worth of stuff"aria asks
"Well yeah that's besides the point come on grab Jett's leash"he says
"Alright"aria says putting the leash on Jett
"Bye muffin"aria says they walk out of the house she puts Jett in the backseat
Grant starts driving again
"Okay get comfy this is gonna be a long ride"he says
Aria takes off her shoes pulling her legs up on the seat taking. A picture of the road posting both the pictures on her story Grant rests his hand on her thigh

"You wanna play twenty questions"she asks smirking
"Oh god I hate this game"Grant says Chuckling
"Yeah you hated the questions I would ask before we were dating these are gonna be better"aria says
"Oh god I'm scared"Grant says
Aria laughs
"What's the dirtiest fantasy you've had about me at work"aria says looking at him seeing him turn a shade of pink
"See this is why I don't like this game I can't answer that"he says
Aria laughs
"Why not"she says
"Because it's embarrassing"he says
"Your so boring fine you ask me one I'll answer"she says he smirks
"Fine when the last time you had a vivid dream about me"he asks expecting her not to answer
"Last night"aria says not even flinching at the question
"About what"he says looking away from the road for a second
"Eyes on the road gustin and it's not your turn to ask"aria says he rolls his eyes
"If you could choose what I was wearing right now what would it be and don't say nothing"aria says
He chuckles
"Just your underwear and bra then"he says she rolls her eyes
"Have you ever been skinny dipping"he asks
"Yes with you like two years ago"she says
"Holy crap I forgot about that"Grant says
"I didn't for some reason it's engraved in my brain"aria says
"Is it cause I was naked"he says joking around
"Yes that's why I have it engraved in my brain"aria says rolling her eyes
"Ask your question"he says
"Something you've always wanted to ask me to try but thought I wouldn't like it"she asks looking at him once again his cheeks going pink  as he mumbles
"Babe I can't hear you"she says
"Have you heads pinned above your... you know I'm not finishing that sentence"he says
"Really come on now I wanna know"she says
"Nope forget it"he says
Aria rolls her eyes
"Your boring"she says
He chuckles
"Ask me another cause I have nothing"he says
"What color underwear do you wanna see me in later"she asks
"Black lace"he says
"Oh you can answer that no problem"aria says
He chuckles
"Yeah well that was an easy question"he says
"Alright I'm bored with this game"she says
"Well then think of another game cause we are only an 9 hours into this ride"Grant says
"How long is it"Aria asks
"Almost forty hours"he says
"Ughhh okay let's play a game"she says
"What game" he says
"What do Grant and aria want in their future"she says
"We played this game two nights before our wedding"he says
"Yeah well I wanna play again cause our thoughts could've changed"she says
"Fine I want a couple of kids in the future and to eventually do Broadway I see you doing it to I want. A nice house with you a couple dogs"he says
"Okay so maybe our dreams haven't changed to much"she says
"Yeah"he says chuckling
"What if I just nap"she says
"If you want to you can I'll wake you up when we are closer"he says
"Okay"she says closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep
"Ari baby wake up"Grant says after a while
"What happened"she asks
"It got lonely not talking to anyone"he says
"You had Jett"she says
He rolls his eyes "you know what I mean"he says
She laughs leaning her head on the cool window "yeah i know what you mean how far are we"she asks
"Couple hours"he says one hand on the wheel the other on her thigh
She takes his hand in hers holding it he kisses her hand gently
"So can I at least get a hint"she asks
He chuckles shaking his head "if I were to give you a hint it wouldn't take long for you to figure out"he says
She rolls her eyes "fine"
He laughs again "trust me you will love it baby"
"Your Lucky I love you"she says laughing
"yeah I am"he says laughing again
She looks out the window seeing they are getting into Los Angeles
"What are we doing in LA"she asks
"Well it's where your surprise is"he says smiling
"Oh really" she asks looking at him
He nods smiling
Aria smiles as they pull into a driveway Grant gets out opening her door
"What are we doing here" she says looking at the house
"You'll see"he says smiling at her
They walk into the house she looks at him confused he smiles at her
"Merry Christmas baby "he says holding up the keys
Aria smiles jumping into his arm kissing him
He laughs kissing her back

A/n: if you couldn't tell this chapter was meant to be out Christmas Eve and I got caught up in some personal stuff and haven't been active on wattpad  thought I'd start writing again
