Early in the morning, the Headmage has called in all the art clubs to the lecture hall. All the students gather with their respective club members and talk amongst themselves, hoping the meeting isn't what they think it's about.

Crowley walks to the podium and clears his throat. "Are all the arts clubs present? It's time for roll call."

"Pop Music Club's all here!" Cater calls out.

"What's all this about, anyway?" Kalim whispers. "We don't usually get together with the other arts clubs like this."

Cater plays with a strand of his hair. "I don't know for sure, but I've got a sneaking suspicion..."

"I think you're probably right." Lilia smiles. "And I, for one, am rather excited."

Kalim rubs the back of his neck, still visibly confused. "Am I the only one who doesn't know what's up?"

The door opens and Idia groggily walks in. He plops into a chair by the Board Game members and slouches on the desk.

Azul adjusts his glasses with an amused grin. "The last of the Board Game Club members just arrived."

Idia only groans. "I can't deal with these early morning assemblies. I'm not even done collecting my daily login bonuses. Why are we here again?"

Azul sighs. "I have a good idea, though I hope I'm wrong."

"All Mountain Lovers Club members are present, meaning, me." Jade says.

"And the Film Research Club and Science Club?" Crowley asks.

Vil nods. "We're all present and accounted for."

"The Science Club also just finished taking roll." Trey says. "We're good."

Crowley smiles. "Excellent, I believe that's everyone-"

Malleus appears in a poof of green smoke. "Hello, I'm here now. Did the Gargoyle Studies Club miss roll call?"

The Headmage clears his throat. "I mean, NOW that's everyone."

Cater shakes his head. "The headmage totes forgot about Malleus, huh?"

"Let's get the orientation started, shall we? Coach Vargas, take it away."

Idia lifts his head up. "Huh? The coach?"

Coach Vargas walks to the podium. "Okay, kids, listen up! Night Raven College doesn't just have stellar sports clubs. We've also got crackerjack arts and culture clubs. BUT! Are you really satisfied with the status quo? Every student here wants to be like me, a paragon of mental acuity and physical fortitude. You all want to learn in the great outdoors and hone your mind and body, right?"

Trey sheepishly adjusts his glasses. "We're perfectly happy with what we've been doing, actually..."

"That's right, you do!" Vargas grins. "All of you yearn to have a beefy bod like mine! Which is why I've decided to enroll you in my training program."

Idia jolts up in fear. "Hold up. When you say training program..."

Vargas places his hands to his hips. "I call it CAMP VARGAS! You've got some serious sculpting to look forward to! Next week, we're going on a three day camping trip in the mountains. You'll be testing your mettle in the great outdoors against several special challenges I've cooked up. Anyone who surmounts these challenges will be well on their way to becoming a strapping stud like me."

Jade chuckles, looking genuinely excited. "It's really happening. Our own Camp Vargas. Last time, they were unpersuaded by my claim that the Mountain Lovers Club counted as a sports club, but it turns out the arts clubs get to go camping as well. What a delightful miscalculation on my part."
