(I suggest starting the song when Harper arrives at the party since this is a shorter song. I'll say when to start it. :))

October 31st

Harper read the time and date on her phone, smiling brightly as she realized it was Ivy's birthday. Things had been going well between them; kissing in secret, going on another date, texting. Life was good, for Harper that is. Thankfully, today was a weekend, and it was also Halloween. Rosie was of course hosting some big, rich Halloween party that Harper was going to just to piss her off. In all honesty, Harper quite liked angering Rosie, this reason being because she was still a bitch to Ivy. Harper smirked to herself as she imagined the look on Rosie's face. She got a little too into her thoughts as she was suddenly smacked on the nose by her phone falling on her.

"Fuck-" Harper swore, rubbing her throbbing nose. She glanced at the time again. It was the middle of the night. Harper sighed, turning her phone off and attempting to sleep. When she awoke in the morning, Harper wasted no time in texting her lover, blushing as she did so.

Hi! I know you're probably still sleeping but happy birthday! I hope I see you later at the party xx

Harper sighed as she noticed Ivy read it, but didn't respond. Maybe she was just in a bad mood, Ivy didn't seem to like her birthday all that much. Hours and hours later and still no response from Ivy. Harper was upset about this; she gave Ivy 150% in their relationship, and sometimes it seemed like Ivy didn't even give 50. With still no text from Ivy, Harper got ready for the party. She wasn't a huge fan of dressing up, but she needed a costume, so she decided on an angel. White corset, white miniskirt, go-go boots, gold jewelry; it was simple as that. She got her costume on, but threw a longer white shirt over it, assuming that at least one of her dads wouldn't like the maturity of her costume. She ran downstairs, only almost falling down the stairs once, which was impressive considering her chunky heels.

"Daaaad!" Harper smiled as she landed in the living room, looking over to her brother, who was wearing what she could only assume was supposed to be some 'sexy' vampire outfit.

"Oo, don't you look cute!" Nick smiled.

"Thanks!" Harper smiled, looking down at her outfit.

"You guys should be home 11:30 at the latest, okay? Nick and I are having some friends over too, so don't be surprised if people are here when you get back." Charlie said softly, handing his son a pair of car keys.

"Will do." Ossy said, walking out of the door with his sister.

"Do not embarrass me at this party, Harper, I swear." Oscar said the second they were out of the house.

"Yeah, okay, same goes for you!" She said, getting into the passenger seat. "Why are you driving like that?" Harper mumbled as Oscar swerved.

"I'm driving normal. Piss off, I don't want to argue right now."

Harper seemed to do the total opposite as she spoke her next words, "I'm surprised you're even allowed to go to this party, considering how much trouble you got in recently."

Oscar bit his tongue as he tried not to speak, though it didn't work too well. "Yeah? Should I tattle about you and Ivy? Should I tell dads how you're bi?"
