"I am sorry, I have to drive slowly as it is raining very heavily," Virat said. It was getting late, and the rain was making it worse.

"It's fine, Sir," Rohit said, acknowledging how difficult it was to drive.

Virat noticed it was getting so foggy that he couldn't see clearly.

"Rohit, if you don't have a problem–is it okay if I drive towards my place as it is closer? We haven't crossed half the distance yet. It is getting really blurry, and I don't want anything to happen. Only if you are comfortable," Virat asked, stopping the car to the side.

Rohit was thinking about how he could stay at his boss's house, but he also couldn't risk Virat driving alone after dropping him off, especially in such conditions.

"Rohit, it's okay if you are uncomfortable. I can drop you at your place," Virat said, seeing him lost.

"No, Sir, we should not take the risk–I am okay with coming if you don't have a problem," Rohit said nervously.

Virat drove towards his place. In 20 minutes, they reached. Virat unlocked the apartment and invited Rohit in. Rohit was surprised to see such an amazing apartment.

Rohit moved ahead, only to stop by the big windows where he could see rain droplets falling and the whole sky. It was so beautiful.

"Your place is so beautiful," Rohit said, still not getting enough of the view.

Virat smiled at his compliment. He went to his room, took a shower, and got changed.

He brought some loungewear for Rohit and moved to the living room, only to see Rohit still watching the view.

It was so adorable– he was gazing at it like a kid.

"Adorable? Where did that come from?" Virat thought but quickly shrugged it off.

"Here, take this. The guest room is on the right side. Take a shower and get comfortable," Virat said, handing him the clothes.

Rohit saw Virat wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants, with freshly showered hair. For the first time, he had seen Virat like this. He looked so comfortable and normal. Before he could control himself, he said, "You look different, Sir."

Virat chuckled a bit. "I don't sleep in my suits, Rohit," he said, to which Rohit felt embarrassed.

"If you need something, call me," said Virat, and Rohit nodded at that.

Virat tried to order some food, but due to the rain, no one was delivering. He went into the kitchen and prepared some tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, seeing the weather.

"Can I help?" Rohit asked, coming out of the shower.

"It's nothing much. They are not delivering due to the rain, so I thought to make some soup," Virat said and gestured for him to take a seat near the counter.

Rohit could not help but stare at Virat, watching him work everything perfectly, just like in the office. Everything Virat did defined elegance and perfection. Rohit could only admire him.

"I really admire you, Sir," Rohit said, wanting to tell him this since the day he joined.

Virat was shocked, but Rohit quickly added, "I mean, I wanted to say it from the day I joined but never got a chance to."

"I admire you too, Rohit," Virat said, not wanting to take all the praise. He was not good with compliments.

"What? Why?" Rohit asked, shocked. Why would his boss admire him? Virat was so successful, and he was nothing compared to him.
