"Had a rough day?"

Changbin who was busy taking shots of his whiskey on the counter was surprised. He wasn't expecting anyone he knew in this place.

"Kim Seungmin. What brought you here?" he asked while asking for another glass from the barista.

"Nothing. I kinda wanted to meet new people and I'm not expecting to see you here. Had a bad day and my legs brought me here" Seungmin replied and sat beside Changbin who just offered him a drink.

"What happened? Wanna talk about it?"

"Naaah it's okay. Not that deep. What about you? What are you here for? And alone?"

Changbin then thought about it himself. What is really making him sad? Is it because of Felix? Is it because he's lonely?

"Actually, I don't know. I just feel lonely and I don't know why. My feet also automatically brought me here" he responded and that's what made Seungmin soft.

"I think we have the same reason. Well it's not that I have someone to hang out with so I kinda am always alone. I'll buy you a drink if you promised to stay with me for a couple of hours" Seungmin offered and Changbin laughed at him.

"Did you notice how you sounded like you wanted to table me?" they both laughed at that and Seungmin just raised his glass to cheer him up. "What can I say? I would stay even if you don't ask. So let's just use each other's company"

"Not a bad deal" Seungmin replied and continued drinking his whiskey.

"Hey you still okay? Damn you're a lightweight and you dare drink here alone?" Changbin then tried to carry Seungmin to stand up and the younger was just smiling from ear to ear. "Stop doing that"

"Stop doing what?" Seungmin asked and Changin rolled his eyes. "You still like me, do you?"

"What are you on about?" Changbin asked and Seungmin chuckled at his response.

"You know damn well what I'm talking about. You fall easily, Changbin. I knew you liked me back then" that's when the older gulped. Is he really that obvious?

"You're spitting nonsense, Seungmin. You're drunk" Changbin tried to hail a taxi but the younger stopped him.

"Are you really letting me go home on my own? I know you'd like a company. You brought your car?" that's when Changbin sensed it. Seungmin wasn't lightweight. It's his way of initiating.

"Seungmin, you know what? I can't. I just got my heart broken and it's cruel to do this with you while I'm hurting" he responded and Seungmin looked at him.

"I know. That's why I want to stay with you for a while. You're clearly not okay and we're not gonna do anything. I just want to hangout" Seungmin tried to monitor Changbin's facial expression and that's when he decided to stop. "I'm sorry. For, you know? Being pushy. It's fine. No worries. I just thought you maybe needed someone. I didn't think that would sound off"

"No Seungmin. You're not being pushy. I mean, it's okay. I just don't want to drag you into this—

"But I'm willing and I initiate. It's not like you'd be a bother. You know what? I'm gonna be real honest. I am the one who needs someone, okay? I am hoping I'll find a company tonight and I'm lucky that it's you that I saw. I just thought you'll be down. And if you're not, I'll go" Changbin was hesitating. He is indeed in need of someone too. But the memories with Felix is holding him back.

However, the younger knew what happened between them. He knew Felix was the one who hurt Changbin because Hyunjin was the one who hurt him this time. He wanted to be there for Changbin because no one is there for him. He thought the older really needed someone, but he was wrong. Changbin's silence right now is what gave him an answer.

"Okay I got it. It's fine. No need to worry. Thank you for giving me time and for taking care of me. See you around, Changbin. Take care"

Seungmin then proceeded to walk away. He doesn't really want to go home and be lonely in his flat. He can actually find someone else but seeing Changbin with the same state as him, he just wanted the older to be there for him. He can't find anyone else at this point.

"Seungmin" the younger was now stopped. Changbin grabbed his hand and pulled him closer to him. "I'm sorry. I was just surprised you initiated. Come with me"

"Hey Changbin, it's okay. No need to feel bad about it. I'm fine" Seungmin stated while being dragged by Changbin.

"Well I'm not fine and I wanted to be with you instead of my lonely ass condo. Just stay with me tonight. We can do whatever you want to do" when Changbin said that, Seungmin couldn't help but feel wanted. He felt special and seen.

When they arrived at the parking lot, Changbin opened the door for him and he easily hopped inside.

"What made you change your mind?" Seungmin asked while buckling his seatbelt. When he looked towards the older, Changbin was fast to grab his neck and easily closed the gap between them.

Changbin pressed his lips onto Seungmin's and the younger was surprised. He's not expecting this from him at all. Well, maybe he is as desperate as him.

"This made me change my mind. I suddenly missed your lips and I remembered everything we've done together" Changbin replied and Seungmin tried hard to crawl on his lap, initiating action.

"I knew you liked me"

Changbin then smiled at him and he smiled back. Seungmin realized how he almost fell in love with this person back then. He was just stopped because of Hyunjin. The person who he thinks is his "the one that got away".

"Damn Min. I could kiss your lips forever"

"Shut up. It's not just my lips that you want, Bin"

"Fair enough"
