It is the first day of the academy for Isabella, and she is nervous. She put on her tactical pants and belt, academy shirt, tactical boots, and put her hair in a slicked back bun. She puts on mascara and a lip oil before grabbing her light purple Under Armor book bag. "Look at you looking all hot and official." Kelsey said. Isabella blushed and chuckled.

"I'm nowhere near being an official officer." Isabella said.

"But you're officially going to the academy, so you're official in that aspect." Kelsey said.

"Yeah I guess that's true. I should probably get going so I'm not late." Isabella said.

"Okay. Good luck. You'll do great. I love you!" Kelsey said and gave Isabella a kiss.

"I love you too." Isabella said and left her apartment. Kelsey was going to stay with the cats and watch them while Isabella's at the academy.

On her way, Isabella went through the checklist in her head to be sure she had everything. She had everything she needed and began tapping her pointer finger on the steering wheel. Butterflies filled her stomach as she got closer to the academy. When she parked, she took a deep breath before getting out and getting her bag. "You've got to be kidding me." Isabella heard a guy say behind her. She looked to where she heard the voice and saw a guy walking towards her on the sidewalk. He had the academy uniform on, so she assumed he was walking to the entrance.

"Do you have a problem or something?" Isabella asked.

"Yeah. Beauty school is right down the road, princess. That's for the ladies. This is for the guys who want a real job." he said.

"Oh. Well you're in the wrong place, then. Don't be late to beauty school, Ken. I'm right where I need to be." Isabella said with a smile. She called him Ken because he could be a model and looked a little like the Ken doll. Isabella locked her car and walked into the building. She goes through security before she got in line to get her academy student ID card that will get her into the building for when she goes to the mini gun range in the basement and, if she chooses, the gym on the second floor before or after classes. After getting her ID, she checks out the gun and taser that she will use during firearms training. While they do issue a gun, they require all academy members but their own gun for their own personal firearms training since the academy issued guns have to be turned back in after each school day. Then, she goes to the classroom. When she walked in, there were only guys. She knew there would mainly be guys, but she figured there would've been at least one other woman. The guys went silent until one introduced himself. Then the rest introduced themselves. Ken doll walks in just before the instructor. They all stand up to acknowledge him before sitting down.

The first half of the four hour school day was just academics. The last two hours were spent doing workouts, working with a nutritionist, and going over the basics for firearm use. With doing strength training and cardio, Isabella had to eat 2100 calories with lots of protein and carbs. Isabella was worried about gaining weight, but the nutritionist assured her that with all of the training, she would be gaining muscle instead of fat as long as she sticks with the meal plans. "Hopefully he's got you on a 700 calorie diet. You need to lose at least 100 pounds." Ken doll said as Isabella walked out of the nutritionists office.

"Tanner, my office. Now!" the instructor said. His face dropped as he turned around. "Did I stutter? Now, Tanner!" he said sternly. Ken doll, who Isabella learned had the last name of Tanner, hurriedly walked to the instructor's office.

"Should we...." Ryan, the guy Isabella sat beside, said.

"Dude, no! What if we get caught?" another guys said.

"Don't be a scaredy cat. Let the professional get the tea." Isabella said and walked to the instructors office door and put her ear against the door.

"But I didn't do anything!" Tanner said.
