In the Evening when Seungkwan reached at  daycare to get Haeun, Jihoon stopped him, asking him two questions..

"Is he okay?"
"How much he gonna close himself?"

Seungkwan didn't answered any of it, Yeji went and hug on his leg, "Uncle you ain't like before..." She said softly, pressing her face on leg.

He softly pulled her away, and walked away as fast he can.

3 hours later..

“This is a bad idea,” Jihoon muttered, arms crossed as he leaned against the wall. “He’s going to bite our heads off.”

Soonyoung nudged him with a grin. “Worth it. What’s the worst he can do? Slam the door in our faces?”

“Yes,” Jihoon deadpanned. “And scream. Don’t forget the screaming.”

Seungcheol sighed, rubbing his temples. “Look, we’ve all agreed this is what he needs. He might hate us for it, but at least we’ll know we tried.”

Mingyu hummed thoughtfully. “Let’s just make sure to blame Hansol if it all goes south.”

Joshua winced ,Jeongin not staying stable and playing in his legs.“Can we not bring up Hansol? It’s already a sensitive topic.”

Seokmin raised an eyebrow. “Oh, please. Hansol is the topic. He’s the reason Seungkwan’s locked himself up like this.”

“Alright, enough,” Soonyoung interrupted, bouncing Yeji in his arms. “We’re here to help Seungkwan, not roast Hansol. Let’s focus.”

They all turned to Seungcheol, the unofficial leader. He knocked on the door firmly.

“Seungkwan! Open up! We need to talk.”

Silence.

Jeonghan leaned closer to the door, knocking lightly this time. “Boo Seungkwan. It’s me. Your favorite.”

A muffled voice came from inside, dripping with sarcasm. “I don’t have a favorite. Go away.”

Seokmin grinned and joined in. “come on! We just want to see your lovely face. Maybe yell at us a little. It’s been too quiet without you.”

The door clicked open an inch, and Seungkwan’s face appeared, his expression set in a deep scowl. “What do you all want? And why are you bringing a children into this mess?”

Jeongin, sensing the tension, pointed at Seungkwan and giggled. “Uncle Kwan!”

For a split second, Seungkwan’s scowl softened, but then his eyes hardened again. “I’m not in the mood for this. Go home.”

Seungcheol stepped forward, blocking the door from closing. “We’re not leaving until you listen. You need help, Seungkwan. We’re all worried about you.”

Seungkwan snorted, crossing his arms. “Oh, you’re worried? That’s rich coming from the lot of you. You only care now because Hansol couldn’t keep his nose out of my business.”

Jeonghan sighed. “We get it. You’re mad at Hansol. So are we. But this isn’t about him. It’s about you, Seungkwan. You’ve been hurting for a long time, and it’s not getting better.”

Seungkwan’s jaw tightened, his voice rising. “And what makes you think therapy will magically fix everything? It didn’t fix Joshua, did it?”

Joshua flinched, guilt flickering across his face. “It’s not about fixing, Seungkwan. It’s about... having someone to talk to. Someone who can help you sort through everything.”

Seungkwan laughed bitterly. “Oh, great. Let’s all just sit in a room and cry about our feelings. Sounds like a blast.”

Mingyu stepped in, his tone light but firm. “It’s not about crying. Although, let’s be real—you do that anyway. Might as well do it in front of someone who can help.”

Seungkwan glared at him. “Shut up!”

Jihoon sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Can we all just stop pretending this is normal? Seungkwan, you’re not okay. None of us are saying you have to be, but ignoring it isn’t working.”

Seungkwan’s voice cracked, his anger mixing with exhaustion. “You don’t get it. None of you do. I’m tired. I’m tired of everyone looking at me like I’m some project that needs fixing. I’m fine the way I am!”

Seungcheol raised an eyebrow, his tone steady. “You’re not fine. And it’s okay to admit that. It doesn’t make you weak, Seungkwan. It makes you human.”

Jeonghan took a softer approach, stepping closer. “We’re not here to judge you, Kwan. We’re here because we care. And yeah, maybe Hansol went about it the wrong way, but even he did it because he was scared for you.”

At the mention of Hansol, Seungkwan’s expression hardened again. “Hansol doesn’t care. He just wanted to play hero and make himself feel better. I don’t need him, and I don’t need any of you meddling in my life.”

Seokmin, who had been quiet, finally spoke, his voice gentle but firm. “You don’t need us, but we need you. Jeongin and Yeji needs there Uncle Kwan. And we’re not giving up on you, no matter how much you push us away.”

Jeongin reached out again, his small voice breaking the tension. “Uncle Kwan, don’t be mad. Hug?”

Seungkwan stared at the toddler, his resolve wavering. He closed his eyes, letting out a long, shaky breath.

“Fine,” he muttered. “I’ll think about it. But don’t expect miracles.”

"Dad,did he agree?" Yeji asked still in Soonyoung's embarance.

"Kind off yes" Soonyoung has that dramatic confusion on his face.

The group exchanged relieved glances, knowing it was a small victory. Jeonghan smirked. “That’s all we’re asking for, Boo. Baby steps.”

As the door closed, the group dispersed, their moods lighter but their hearts still heavy. This was only the beginning, but at least it was a start.
