Christmas, 2026

"Are you seriously telling me that you of all people... are not going to be here on time for Christmas?" Jon asked as he held his phone up to his ear. "I mean, you are supposed to be the fastest person in the world."

"I'm on my way, Jon. But I am all the way over in Russia at the moment, trying to deal with this political... Well, whatever the hell that it is." Tiana sounded exasperated on the phone. "Look, can you just tell Liliana that I shouldn't be too much longer?"

"Can you give me an estimated time?" Jon wondered and he glanced over at their now two year old daughter, who was laughing and playing with Chrissy and Kyle's two older children, while Chrissy and Kyle were sitting on the couch with the newborn.

"Maybe... Twenty minutes?" It was Tiana's best guess. "I'm sorry, but I still have to go to the debriefing at the DOD..."

"Well, then... I will come over, and I will help you speed it up." Jon said quietly with a mischievous tone in his voice, before he was hanging up the phone and he was walking over to Kyle and Chrissy. "Hey, can you two keep Liliana busy? I've gotta help Tiana."

"Go on." Kyle swiftly waved him towards the door and Jon grinned at him, before he disappeared out of the house and he was taking off.

After dispersing the crowd and finishing up dealing with the weapons, both Jon and Tiana were heading back to the DOD to give a report.

"Flash." Hardcastle said and Tiana was stopping just in front of her, before Jon was landing on her left. "I don't recall having one of the Fraternals being assigned to this mission."

"It is Christmas, General Hardcastle. We have our families to get back to, I called one of the boys for help. Now, can we go?" Tiana made it clear that she wasn't really asking as the older woman sighed, before she nodded and Tiana disappeared in a flash.

Tiana changed out of her suit and she walked up the stairs with a flash symbol hoodie and jeans on. "Well, that's really subtle." Jordan remarked and then Tiana was staring at him, before she shocked him and he yelped. "Hey!" He complained as she walked into the house. "Mom! Tiana shocked me!"

"Well then... Honey, you probably deserved it." Lois noted as Clark, Lois, Lana, John Henry, Natalie, Mateo Cortez and even Matteo Mannheim showed up to the Christmas party.

Sophie and Sarah had shown up later, but they still showed up and they were swiftly exchanging gifts with one another.

Tiana was holding out a smaller box to Liliana, who was looking down at it. "But Mom, why is it so small?" Liliana asked and Tiana smiled faintly with amusement.

"Just trust me, kiddo. You might not understand the meaning of it now, but... I promise you that one day, it will." Tiana explained and Liliana ripped the packaging off of the box and she was opening it.

The ring that Tiana had once worn on her own finger, it was nestled in the box and her daughter looked confused.

"That was your mom's, Lili and before she became the Flash, she carried this ring and she called herself Dart. This mantle will be yours, one day." Jon murmured quietly and Liliana was hugging Tiana, swiftly she was throwing her arms around her neck and she smiled.

"One day, you will carry it." Tiana murmured and Liliana was looking at her before she was very carefully putting the Dart ring back into the box, before she was closing it and the box with the Ring, it was given back to Jon for him to hold onto it until the little girl was ready for it.

They weren't expecting anybody else to show up, but another knock came at the door and Tiana's eyes widened with confusion. "Who could it be?" Tiana asked and everybody looked confused, before she was getting up and walking over to the door.

Tiana opened it and she stopped, silently staring at the familiar face in front of her. "I apologize for my tardiness, have I missed it all?"

"Tal?" Clark asked in astonishment and he was quickly getting up off of the couch and he was looking at his older brother, who was walking forward and both of them, they were hugging.

Tiana smiled at the sight of Tal-Rho, one of the list of many, many people that they were convinced, thinking they would never see them again.

Tiana saw that Tal was racing Jon and Jordan around the barn, while Liliana was watching them with eager eyes.

"Uncle?" Liliana asked, pointing a finger at Tal as he was flying around and Tiana was smiling.

"Do you..." Tiana swallowed, closing her eyes briefly in an effort to stop her voice from shaking. "Do you remember, Uncle Cameron?" She asked, steadying her tone as much as she could and Liliana looked at her with a confused face.

"Watch guy?" Liliana asked.

"Uh, yeah. Yeah, you're right. Your uncle Cameron, he was the one that gave me the watch." Tiana gulped. "This is Cameron's father, Tal-Rho."

"Uncle Tal?" Liliana asked.

"That's right, little one. Uncle Tal." Tiana agreed with a smile as then, she was looking up at Tal as he landed in front of them and he was grinning.

Liliana was inside, when Tiana caught Tal by the arm and he glanced at her. "Cameron gave this to me, before he left for Bizarro World." Tiana unclasped the watch from her wrist and without even allowing him to protest her decision, she was putting it directly into his hand. "This belongs to your family, Tal."

"This is his watch." Tal realized softly and Tiana nodded her head. "Thank you, Tiana. This means more to me, then you will ever know." Tal admitted and then swiftly, Tiana was nodding at the words. "Thank you."

"Just promise me one thing?" Tiana asked and Tal nodded.

"Yes. Yes-yes of course, anything." Tal's voice briefly broke on the words and Tiana nodded.

"Don't ever try to steal my money from Cameron, right out from under me." Tiana warned and Tal nodded, before they were hugging one another carefully.

After all of the madness and the Christmas chaos was all over and done with, Tiana was standing outside on the porch and she was looking around, taking in the scenery of the farm that she loved and cared about.

That it had been her home for many years and now, she was smiling softly at even the slightest thought that it could be safe.

"Hey." Tiana turned around to look for Jon, who was watching her and she smiled. "So... I've still got a gift or two for you." He admitted and she was lifting her eyebrows.

"You have gifts for me?" She asked and at the ridiculous question, Jon scoffed. "What are you talking about, Jon? We don't do gifts anymore, remember?"

"Come on." Jon looked at her with the puppy-dog eyes, that she could never resist and she grumbled quietly with a nod. "Here, open." He tossed the box over to her and she was looking at it, before she opened it and she was looking at the ring.

"Jon, what is this?" Tiana asked quietly as she looked at him, with the amusement all gone from her face and he nodded.

"I made a lot of mistakes and my thought that you would leave without telling me, is one of the biggest ones. I'm not asking right now, but maybe one day..." Tiana looked down at it and she was nodding.

"I think that we should have a chance to maybe, live our lives a little first." Jon was nodding in agreement, before she took the ring out of the box and she looked at it. "But I will keep it, considering that it fits." Tiana said with a smile and she was running a necklace chain through it, before she was hanging it around her neck. "One day." She said and Jon smiled.

"One day." Jon agreed and together, they were turning around to watch the sunset together and Jon's hand moved over to rest on top of hers.
