It was clear that Clark was slowing down and his powers were long gone. Tiana eventually, she heard from Kyle that he had gotten a dog that he named Krypto, who was helping him through life as an emotional support dog of sorts after the loss of Lois.

Meanwhile, Tiana was proudly watching as one by one, each and every one of the kids on both sides of the family eventually grew up. Liliana walked across the graduation stage first and when she went off to college, Tiana couldn't help but remind her again and again, that she could call home or come running whenever she needed to.

Meanwhile, they had two more speedsters in the family now after during a huge family fight, the middle kids had manifested their own abilities and Tiana was in charge of training them both. The older two had continued to go and work with Jon and Jordan to control their heat vision and their strength respectively, with occasional help from Tal who didn't look to be getting any visibly older.

Tiana still worked with the DOD on occasion, but her workload was lightening since the next generation was taking it on and then one day, her phone went off. Tiana looked down at it and her heart skipped a beat, before the twins were looking at her. "Tiana, what's wrong?" Jon asked and Tiana sighed.

"General Hardcastle is dead." Tiana admitted and they looked at one another, before they left the kids with Tal and they were taking off towards the DOD.

Tiana was skidding to a stop and everybody was looking at her, before Jon and Jordan landed on either side of her and Liliana was already there. "What are you doing here?" Jon asked as the oldest of the next generation was standing next to Tag, who must have called her first and he nodded.

"She wanted to be notified when General Hardcastle was gone." Tag explained. "But, I really did not think that she would beat you guys here." Tag noted and Tiana looked at her daughter, who sighed.

"I was in the area. I go to a college that is just right down the road, don't you remember?" Liliana pointed out and Tiana nodded. "So, who is going to be taking over?" Liliana wondered.

"General Hardcastle left an envelope on her desk addressed to the Fraternals and the Flash. We just didn't want to open it." Tag admitted and he was carefully handing over the envelope to Tiana, who looked at him before they were disappearing into the office that had formerly belonged to Sam Lane.

"I'm thinking that it is a glitter bomb." Jordan said jokingly and Tiana stared over at him quickly now, before she smacked him hard on the back of the head and Jordan yelped. "Ow! Jesus Christ, lady!" Tiana hit him again at the words.

"Jordan, do you really think that General Hardcastle would have left us a glitter bomb?" Jon asked, clearly being sarcastic about it and Jordan sighed. "Open it, T." Jon murmured and she nodded, before she was opening the envelope awkwardly and she was unfolding the letter.

If any of you or all of you are reading this, then it means that I'm already gone.

It was a privilege and an honor to work with you three and with Superman, the world has been better for it. Hopefully long after I am gone, the world will still remember all of you. I know that I will never forget.

You have been officially folded into the chain of command and Tiana will now be in charge of the DOD schools and the field operations of our metahuman assets, until her own ultimate demise.

The letter continued on for a few more lines, but Tiana's eyes were glued to the one that named her as being in charge of the DOD schools and the field operations for the metahuman assets as she was putting the letter down on the desk and she was looking at it.

"You are in charge of the metahuman field ops." Jordan said very eagerly at the words and Tiana turned to look at them again.

"I am in charge of the metahuman field operations for the DOD... Holy shit!" She said and they were all hugging quickly, before Tiana was walking out of the office and the boys were following her. Tiana was giving the letter to Tag and he was reading it over quickly, before he nodded.

"General." Tag shook hands with her and Tiana rolled her eyes.

"Don't call me that, Harris." Tiana shot back quickly, before her phone went off and she was looking down at it. "Boys?" She asked.

"We will meet you out there." Jon stated and Tiana disappeared out of the DOD, with Liliana flashing off after her and the twins followed them quickly.

Tiana ran clear up the side of a building and she was catching the two of the people that were falling down, while Liliana caught three kids and they were turning around and quickly, they were running back down the side of the building and they landed running.

Jon and Jordan were putting out the fires, while Jordan flew straight into the burning building to help support it, catching support beams when they fell as Tiana and Liliana were working as a team to evacuate the building.

After the fire was dealt with, the entire crowd was clapping and cheering for them. Tiana looked at the boys, who nodded in sync and Tiana was looking at Liliana, whose eyes crackled bright with lightning and they took off running, while Jon and Jordan flew off quickly into the air.

"Just as your dad is slowing down, our lives are picking up speed." Tiana said as she was handing out beer to the twins, who had come back to the house and Tiana was watching as the kids were playing outside with Tal, who was laughing at them all as they tried to tackle him onto the grass and dog-pile him. "Go fricking figure." She said as she tipped the beer bottle back and Jon nodded.

"Yep." "Exactly." Jon and Jordan replied and she was shaking her head.

"You guys haven't done that in a while. Where you speak one after the other or just both of you talking at the same time, it's weird." Tiana noted and she was looking down at her phone again. "Guys... Something's wrong with your dad." She said and they were looking at each other.

"Tal!" All three of them shouted and they were taking off with Tal following them, leaving the duo of Matteo Mannheim and Natalie to watch the kids as they were racing towards Smallville all together in a wave.
