As the ambulance reached the hospital, Aizawa clenched his jaw.   He knew what would need to happen once those doors open.   He thanked whatever was listening that Nemuri was who stood there with a knowing look.  Aizawa nodded to her as he rose.

"Okay, boys out first," Aizawa ordered gently.   The pair let Nemuri help them down, moving to stand by the doors to the Emergency Room, waiting.   The raven-haired man turned to his mate.   "Zashi...we need to let the doctors take Izuku to help him."

Yamada, who had been calm the entire ride, started to growl as his arms tightened around their unconscious son.   Aizawa sighed and motioned the medical personnel out of the squad while he kept his eyes locked with Yamada.    When it was clear the man wasn't going to agree, Aizawa stepped back as Nemuri pulled herself up into the squad.

"Hey, sweetheart," Nemuri smiled, ignoring the angry growls that grew deeper and more dangerous - an edge of bloodlust still there.   "I know, sweetheart, but I'm going to help you calm down."

Aizawa stepped further back as his packmate's quirked smoke gently flooded the inside of the squad.   It took a moment before the growls died away, and Yamada passed out on the stretcher.   Once the smoke was cleared, Nemuri eased herself down from the squad with Izuku in her arms.   Nurses quickly gathered up the boy and took off into the Emergency Room with him while a few others came out to help get the stretcher with Yamada down.

"Tsukauchi, how worried do I need to be?" Aizawa asked as he and the detective followed Yamada's stretcher inside, Katsuki and Hitoshi having followed Izuku's.   Aizawa ensured Nemuri and Emi were with his boys before his focus shifted to his mate.

"He'll probably get some fines, maybe be required to have a psych exam, but jail time or even charges are not likely," the detective explained as he watched the nurses clean Yamada up and check him over.   "We have video footage of the attack, of them separating the kids from the adults, and of them pulling other victims into the halls before taking your son to that back room.   The fact that we have video of them pulling Kan out to assault him and his willingness to give his own statement, there is nothing to disprove that this was an omega going feral at the threat to their offspring."

Aizawa stared at his husband, eyes sad.   "He's getting a mental health check period.   Zashi doesn't like to hurt anyone like that...and he was already going to a dark place."

Tsukauchi nodded, then glanced at him.   "You need to be seen too."

"I'm good," Aizawa grunted.

"You've got a bite wound on your neck.   Go get it checked," Tsukauchi ordered.

Aizawa snarled softly.   "No."

The tired detective sighed and looked at the nurse.   "Can you check this fool out?   Make sure he's okay?"

"We'll take care of him right here, no worries," the nurse assured.

Tsukauchi nodded then left to continue his job in this horrible situation.  Aizawa sat, taking Yamada's hand in his own as he let the nurse gently clean the shallow bite wound and gently apply the bandages.

"He'll be okay," she said softly.   "And I can get you an update on your children, if you'd like."

Aizawa was silent for a moment.   "Just Izuku....I trust my pack with the other boys."

The nurse nodded and disappeared through the curtains.  It wasn't long before Yamada's fingers twitched. Aizawa turned towards his mate, tense and uneasy about the blond waking up in their little space without their children.

"Shou?" Yamada grunted, coming around.

"Right here, baby," Aizawa whispered, leaning closer.   "Just breathe.   We're safe."
