"Wow, this place is..."
"I know."
They landed in Coral Springs, the next day, a remote yet beautiful island towards the west coast of the amazing continent of Australia. The tropical and cool climate put all of them in a happy mood, their tiredness vanished almost instantly. The band members and the old school gang had finally reunited for what seemed like a reunion that they never thought would ever happen.
The best part about this vacation was that Move Entertainment had booked the array of villas so they wouldn't be disturbed by any outsiders and the island was an underrated location. Everything to keep the boys undercover and give them a vacation they deserved for all their hardwork.
That and Han Seojun wanted to give them a good farewell.
"So we're all staying in one villa!" Choi Suah yelled excitedly when they got their respective keys. She grabbed Jugyeong by her neck and didn't let Soojin escape from beside her. "Us three again! Argh that's the dream."
"My neck... It hurts." Jugyeong choked with Suah's grip, Soojin helplessly being held by her neck too. "Is it too late to ask for a change in the arrangement?"
"I second that!" Soojin said, trying her best to get out of Suah's hold.
The rest of the clan had already disappeared to their respective villas. The band were staying in the farthest villa, Taehun, Chorong and the gang from school were occupying the one centred in the middle while the girls would be staying in the third one. Seojun was asked to be with the band but Suho wouldn't let him go anywhere without him. So the boys stayed in a separate villa, just adjacent to the girls. Jaehun who was okay with staying with anyone was also requested by Suho to tag along with them (specifically asked by Soojin) so it was settled.
Although Chorong and few of the thug gang had joined them, Seojun couldn't find words to greet his old friend. Once the boyband popularity had got to them, Seojun never made time for them. Well, that's what Chorong thought, because Seojun never made an attempt to clear the tension between them.
Seojun watched Soojin from the desk, as Suho checked in for them. A smile on his face, just a tiny one, as she smiled and laughed and cringed with the girls. Suho traced his line of sight and couldn't help but smile. He had prayed for days like that, so watching them come true was nothing short of a miracle.
"Pretty isn't it?"
Seojun nodded, eyes still directed at Kang Soojin. "Yeah." He said, absentminded when Suho chuckled. "I mean, this place... Really pretty."
Suho wrapped his arm around his best friend. "Sure."
And even though Seojun unlatched himself from Suho, he found Suho's arm still holding him. He couldn't ever get out of that grip, and maybe, it was for the betterment of everyone.
There Soojin watched the boys disappear from the reception, a small smile on her tired face. Just a week ago she was depressed, loner, someone who had been thrown out of her job with no one to be with.
Now she had everything. A steady job, good friends, a hopeful life and...
"Ya Kang Soojin - I know the view is pretty, but you have to give us some attention too!" Suah couldn't stop herself from snapping Soojin from her trance.
