~End of January 2033~
"Okay, repeat after me." Chan said into the phone.
Jisung sighed.
"I am sorry about what I said." Chan said.
"I am sorry about what I said."
"I will grow up, "
"I will grow up, "
"And educate myself."
"And educate myself." Jisung repeated, embarrassed.
"Good. That's what you'll say to Lani. Now, did you write down notes?" Chan asked.
Jisung sighed again. "Yes. I wrote the notes."
"Okay, repeat them to me."
"Oh my gosh. I understand. Okay?" Jisung whined.
"Repeat."
"It's embarrassing."
"REPEAT." Chan ordered.
Jisung groaned and started reading. "I need to support Lani emotionally and put her needs first."
"Becaaauuuuse?!" Chan prodded.
"Becaaauuse, I am capable of giving a lot more emotionally than I actually need to receive."
"Because?"
"Because. . ." Jisung sighed with a mixture of annoyance and shame. "Because... According to you~" he sassed. "What I need to receive in order to be happy is 70% physical satisfaction and only 30% emotional satisfaction." He said, looking at the graph Chan sent him. "And what she needs to receive in order to be happy is 70% emotional satisfaction and only 30% physical satisfaction."
"Correct, and what does the next part say?" Chan asked.
"Hyung. I am not reading that."
"Jisung, read it so I know you actually understand." Chan ordered.
"I told you, I understand." Jisung said through gritted teeth.
"READ IT."
Jisung wanted to bang his head into the wall until he couldn't feel anything anymore. He groaned.
"I have to know what's important to her, and I need to satisfy her emotional needs and make sure to take care of her first, because then our emotional connection will be stronger, and only then, at the end of the day, will she want to. . ." Jisung trailed off.
