chapter 47; " the night she drank "

January 26th, 4:03 AM

Morning rolled along with the Sunray lighting right onto Y/n's eyes between the gaps of the curtains. Her eyes blinked open from the severe headache the sunlight hitting her eyes. "ow" her voice hoarse as she slapped a palm against her forehead. At least she knew what had happened last night.

Her mind wandering back to the turned events. 'She's your mother'

"Fuck" Y/n scoffed as she sat up and looked around the empty room with a single closet, water and pills placed on a tray right next to her sleeping mat. Y/n saw the small mirror placed next to the tray and grabbed it, her hair all messed up and her lipstick smudged around her lips. "I'm a mess" she sighed as she stood up, slightly stumbling as her steps echoed heavily through the hall. She found out that the toilet was right next to the room she was placed into.

Walking in, letting her hair strands be brushed out between her fingers as she tied them into a neat bun with the black hair tie scrunched around her wrist. Washing her face as she got rid of the lipstick.

"My phone.." she squinted her eyes in confusion, hurrying back into the room just to see a girl sitting down right next to her sleeping mat, she flinched in surprise. "Oh, sorry for coming in without you knowing but I had some spare clothes for you and your phone. Fully charged" The girl from yesterday whom she assumed was Minji was folding her clothes.

"Thanks but I think I'll just take the bus home" Y/n sat down next to Minji, grabbing her phone out her hands as she checked for the notifications.

'87 missed calls'

"Wow, you have thar many people to care for you?" Minji asked, amazed. Y/n's eyes widened at the amount of calls she had. "I didn't know about it either" she muttered as she quickly opened her phone and was bombarded with tons of messages.

Y/n was too overwhelmed, not knowing whose message to respond to first. "Reply to your sister's message first" Minji cut Y/n's thoughts off, causing her to snap back to reality and turn her head to Minji.

"She noticed you being gone earlier and then told your boyfriend, after thst she told your best friend" Minji responded with a small shrug afterwards, Y/n nodded in agreement, turning her focus back onto the phone screen.
