March 14, 8:02 AM

"I'm going to fuck you up, I hate you two" the group sat in a circle as they had breakfast together with the teenagers aswell. The morning breeze settling among them as it covered them like a warm blanket after the cold morning vibe that had been happening. The harsh bite of Chaewon's words bit Jisung in the ear whilst Seungmin sat unhindered, biting into his grilled sausages.

"Language" Chan
"Can we just eat?" and Hyunjin spoke at the same time, not being able to have breakfast in peace.

"I'm not so happy to be invited to be sitting with ya'll" Lucas commented, getting nudged by Chan harshly. "ouch--!"

"Right, our smaller table was totally fine" Da-hye added with a shrug, not being able to digest the fact that they had to sit with immature grown-ups.

"Go sit on the ground then" Hyein smacked her shoulder, pushing her slightly. "I'll drag ya'll with me" Da-hye scoffed as she held her ground, sitting up firmly with a proud smirk as Seowon rolled her eyes whilst Kaylee sat there, rubbing the sleep away from her eyes.

"What kind of activities can we do after this?" Haewon asked, curiosity filled her pupils.

"Go take a swim" Y/n laughed as Haewon rolled her eyes. "Actually--"

"We could use that as a penalty!" Jisung clasped his hands together.

"And get sick?" Minho turned to him, his face looking like a model face. Eyebrows raised and mouth lined straight.

"Maybe" Hyunjin joined in with a shrug as he wrapped his hands around Y/n and pulled her closer, stealing her warmth. His tall figure wrapped around hers, head tilted on hers.

"I'm in" Y/n's brows shot up, her competitive side shooting daggers at everyone.

"What kind of challenge are we talking about now?"

"Whoever finishes breakfast last has to dip their feet in the river. START" Felix spoke quickly as he shoved the biscuits in his mouth and got up quickly. The others followed quickly, some confused whilst asking for it to be repeated again.

After the quick competition, Changbin ended coming last as he groaned in frustration, everyone gathered around the small river as Hyunjin recorded the entire thing with the river splashing against the large rocks in the center.

"Hurry upp"

"You damn turtle"

"I don't wanna take care of him if he gets sick" Minho had his arms crossed over his chest as he watched the entire thing unfold infront of his eyes.

And finally, at the blink of an eye Jisung dipped his bare feet into the water with the ten second timer being started as he let out a painful wince, feeling like his feet were getting a frostbite.

The seconds passed by quickly as Jisung jumped out the water like a flying fish as he whined out in pain whilst the others laughed whilst Jisung was handed a towel and a blanket. A bit too extreme with the blankets if you ask me ..

"I'm never doing that again" Jisung groaned out as he wrapper himself around the blankets like a clingy cat. "That is, if you don't lose another game" Minho laughed at the sight

"That wasn't even a fair game" he scoffed.

The playful games ended, midnight had already striked as everyone was gathered around the bon fire, roasting marshmallows as they shared stories.

"Do you guys ever think about the group's older version with the others?" Chaewon asked as she bit into her marshmallow that was almost melting away tastily.

"Not really. I don't like thinking about them" Jisung responded, his marshmallow burning on the spot without a notice.

"They were nice.. at first." Changbin added, not wanting to fall into some kind of emotional time.

"Oo, this is our first friend group then!" Da-hye smiled, joining the talk as she scanned the rest of the teens next to her.

"A very positive one if you ask me" Chan responded with a shrug. His eyes landing on Lucas. Then after that small sentence, the campfire fell into a calming silence, gathering everyone's silent hums and the silent problems they experienced on the spot.

"Sis, how were you like when you were my age?" Da-hye asked all of the sudden. Her eyes glistening as she looked uo at her elder sister who blinked twice at the question. Everyone gathered went silent. Every single one of them knew about Y/n and her past. So why didn't her sister know?

"I was mocked a lot for existing" Y/n added, a voice cracking in her throat as she gulped loudly. Da-hye's pupils dilated, heart dropped. "Wh--"

"They didn't have anything else to do, that's why they picked on me" Y/n answered quickly before it turned into sad tea time.

The sound of the fire crushing down could be heard, the small bits crumbling down. The atmosphere now silent. It wasn't award nor was it calming. It was just a random silence.

"I'm fine. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be here" She dismissed herself before the evening continued on with random debates, some saying there were two butt cheeks and some saying that straws had two holes. And all of the questions were the ones Jisung came up with which left nobody in surprise.

"I wanted to stay one more night!" The teens whine in annoyance as they were getting squeezed into the cars to go back home.

"There's going to be thunderstorm, we can't risk it" Chan shrugged as he loaded all of the baggage to trunk before shutting it down harshly with a loud thud.

"I'm off, see ya'll another day" Minho saluted before dawdling back to his car as Jisung followed from behind with his bag slumped over his shoulder.

As the others left, Y/n was checking up on the girls to see if they didn't forget anything. The girls rummaged through their backpacks whilst Da-hye ran around, looking for her phone everywhere.

"I can't find my phone!" She stressed out, it was like the time was moving too fast and if she didn't find her phone, she'd be guilty for making everyone wait for her.

"Did you check the mud you fell into earlier?" Seong asked, his eyes glinted with concern as he started sprinting towards the hills where Da-hye had rolled off earlier.

And all Da-hye could do was follow Seong along, her breath picking up the pace, synced to the sound of her feet clashing with the floor before she stopped at a hill, seeing Seong with her phone, the phone covered in dirt as Seong chuckled at the sight.

"We told you to stop carrying your phone" he laughed as he climbed back up, his legs easily pressed against the dirt as he waved the phone at Da-hye's face before walking past her.

"Now why would I listen to you?" Da-hye climbed back up as the two teens rushed back to the car, the air between them filled within laughter.

The car ride back home was silent as Y/n fell into a soothing sleep with Hyunjin keeping the car from drifting so that he could steal glances at her every now and then.

"My dad's not a good person" Da-hye muttered as the teens had their own little conversation. "Don't say that" Hyein nudged her, being the only one conscious as she listened to Da-hye. "Whatever" she sighed as the others let themselves think of more ways to change the topic.

Hyunjin piqued with curiosity as he glanced at the rear mirror in the middle to glance at Da-hye.

"What do you mean by that Hye?" Hyunjin asked, he had no idea what was going on with Y/n's family.

"Nothing" She responded, not wanting to get yelled at by her sister incase she were to wake up.

"Suit yourself" Hyunjin shrugged.

The entire ride, the entire silence. Da-hye started humming to herself, too bored about the silence that bored her furthermore.

And it all ended like that. The girls being dropped off at their houses one by one before they finally arrived in front of the familiar house filled with either regrets or laughter and more.
