March 14th 7:32 AM

The banter of the morning birds filled the forest as Seong yawned out the tents before his body flinched at the sight of Da-hye all asleep on the log seats with a blanket over her.

He quickly walked up to her, hesitant but eager to question her. "Hye, What're you doing out here?" His voice low as Da-hye yelled as she got up. "wA--" She shot up, sitting up as Seong quickly shut her up by slapping a palm over her mouth.

"Quiet! You'll wake the others up!" He whispered in embarrassment before realizing what he was doing and quickly backing away.
"ugh-- what time is it?" Da-hye asked, rubbing her eyes as Seong checked his watch.

"Seven thirty-five" he responded. "More importantly, why are you out here?" Seong's eyes squinted up in confusion.

"I lost a bet" Da-hye responded with a raspy tone before she coughed to get her natural voice back.

"who the hell decides on a punishment like that!?" Seong scoffed, it was pretty cold in the mornings and everyone knew it.

"Me" Da-hye looked up at Seong. "Wow, dumb people do exist then" he scoffed before re-lighting the fire next to Da-hye as it shot up burning. "I'm not dumb, I was rooting for Hyein to lose" Da-hye scratched the back of her neck as she let herself relax at the warmth hitting her through the blanket.

"Weirdo.." He muttered under his breath. "Hey, I heard that" Da-hye scoffed, rolling her eyes in disbelief.

"when are the others waking up, I'm hungry" Da-hye whined as she sat straight, wrapped around the blanket cozily.

"With how loud you're being, they should be up by now" Seong responded as be went to the supply tent and grabbed a pot, filling it with water before he placed four eggs in it. "Do you eat boiled eggs?" Seong asked, his eyes flickering to Da-hye's state.

Da-hye's eyes turned to Seong, nodding violently as he couldn't help but stumble slightly at the nod as he looked away quickly and stared at the pot for a while.

After finally snapping out of it he placed the pot on top of the fire to boil the eggs before settling down next to Da-hye and handing her a mug, a brewed Macha tea displayed in the mug as Da-hye looked up at Seong who was avoiding eye contact. "I hate Macha" she responded earning a chuckle from Seong. "It's good for your health, let's hope you don't get sick" he nodded towards the mug. And for no reason .. that small nod got Da-hye to shot away, her eyes flickering as she looked away and drank the tea down before squinting her eyes in disgust.

"Did you not add sugar into this??" She complained. "It's not supposed to be sweet, idiot" Seong scoffed.

"ew, how do rich people drink this?" She placed the mug away, reaching for an energy drink from her backpack as Seong's eyes flared up. "You're not drinking that, right?"

"Why? Jealous" Da-hye raised an eyebrow playfully. "Alright. Goodluck with that stomachache" Seong shook his head in disbelief as he stood up and grabbed the pot, placing the eggs into two separate plates.

"Here" Seong handed the plate to Da-hye. "thanks" She responded as she started peeling the shell off, not caring about being gentle while Seong removed it easily and smoothly whilst being careful to not damage the smooth skin.

A few minutes pass as the teens wake up before the adults do, gathering around the fire Seong had lit as the only grown up being Chan.

"you found her and she almost screamed? Pfft" Hyein laughed, Kaylee and Seowon all zoned out whilst leaning on eachother.

"you guys should've changed the dare" Seong shook his head in disbelief.

"If it was me who lost I would've woke up IN the woods bro" Hyein shook her head, not admitting that they were maybe a little biiit too much.

"I doubt she would go that far" Seong rubbed his temple harshly, leaving a red mark.
"Enough with dumbest competition, where the elders at?" Lucas finally shut them up, his eyes glancing to the back and right back to search for the elders.

"Here"

"No, not you" Lucas swung his index finger right to left ar the response of Chan.

"I think I broke my back sleeping" Haewon groaned out as she stumbled out the tents. Hair short and all messed up,

Her eyes landing on Chan who was busy cutting beef. "Were you the one howling yesterday?" Haewon asked, walking up to the fire to get rid of the cold caused by the freezing morning.

"I was asleep, it was probably the others trying--" just as Chan finished her sentence Chaewon got out the tents, yawning as she stared at the two having a conversation.

"Where the fuck are those little midgets? I'll rip their neck open" Chaewon looked around realizing that they weren't awake yet.

"Who?"

"She's talking about Jisung and Seungmin" Haewon nodded towards the tent where the boys had slept. "ohh.. that." Chan went silent.

Why? You may ask.

○ Last night 3:32 AM

The girls were snuggling together, the two of them asleep with on Chaewon awake since she was busy watching a horror movie.

"damn, ya'll didn't have to pity her" she muttered to herself as her fingers dug into her chin.

The tent shook silently, sending Chaewon to flinch and pause the movie before looking around. "Must've been the wind" she tried to get her mind off of it, fingers fidgeting above the screen as she played the movie.

The bushes rustled around, the only thing lit being the small candle near Y/n where she slept at a corner.

Chaewon's shoulders shuddered st the thought of all her horror things coming true, she quickly shut her phone and tucked herself underneath the blankets tightly.

A large shadow emerged from the outside, the silhouette performing a show behind the beige tents, letting the large claws scratch against the material as the sounds of a person being whiny creepily behind the tents.

A few moments passed, the noises never stopped nor did they dim down. They got worse by the second so Chaewon sat up, crawling over to Y/n and nudging her violently. "Y/n, Y/n?" She shook her by the shoulder, waiting for her to finally give a sign of her being awake.

"Mm.. what?" Y/n rubbed her eyes, turning over as she stretched her arms widely, almost punching Chaewon in the face.

"The bushes, they're alive" She responded with a squeak. "The fuck they're not?" Y/n ignored it, trying to go back to sleep but getting woken up by Chaewon again. "I swear to God if this is a prank, Chae. I'll chase your ass down" Y/n got up frustratingly, rubbing the corner of her eyes.

"Look" Chaewon pointed out the tent as Y/n scoffed at the figures playing behind the lamp before she abruptly stood, wobbling out the tent.

"Oh shit, it's Y/n" a panicked noise could be heard as the shadows disappeared in a rush, two figures of boys running across displayed before the silhouettes were nowhere to be found.

Y/n rushed after the two boys Jisung and Seungmin, chasing them with whatever she could find .. a stick.

"You ruined my fucking sleep! Go to fucking slept before I send a shower down your tents" Y/n caught Jisung, tipping him over the feet and letting him fall on the ground with a small thud.

"Ouch, ouch, ouch! Okay, gosh!" He protested as Y/n looked down on him, threatening to throw the stick at him.

"Where's the second one?" She asked, voice dropping menacingly. "He's hiding" Jisung responded, standing up as he wobbled back to his tent.
