chapter 32; " 1 4 3 "

October 22nd, 7:33 AM

It was early in the morning, the morning right after Y/n's special night where she could barely sleep thinking of a certain person as she tossed and turned in bed. She walked down the stairs pouring herself some water, gulping it down as she got to making breakfast for all the girls including his father. Y/n cracked a few eggs open, pouring sugar and flour before stirring.

A few minutes later she turns the waffle maker on, pouring oil before she pours the cream in, shutting it as she makes chocolate milk.

Y/n called the girls down, all of them sitting down on the table while giggling despite just waking up. "What's with the happy mood?" Y/n smiles as she eats her breakfast. The girls snicker before they put on a stoic face. "Oh nothing," Da-hye rolls her eyes before they land on the bracelet Y/n wore. "When did you get those?" She asked, Y/n's eyes shifted onto the bracelet quickly making up an excuse. "I bought it recently. It's silver so it wasn't that expensive." Y/n shrugged, Da-hye raised her eyebrows before digging into her food.

After everyone had finished eating Y/n placed the plates into the dishwasher, walking up to her room as she got dressed up. Wearing a long sleeved white collar shirt with a black sweater as a layer, she put on grey classics as she grabbed her tote, walking out of her room quietly. Y/n wasn't too obvious but her head wouldn't wander off of Hyunjin. She felt bad that she couldn't see him today because of how she had to meet up with the girls for the project. She sighed as she put on a long grey coat, walking out of the house as she took her steps towards the University.

'I wonder what he's doing' Y/n sighed before she felt a tap on her shoulder, flinching as she abruptly turned back to see Hyunjin standing there with a smile on his face. "Hi" he tilted his head. "Shit you scared me" Y/n's eyes were dilated but she felt a gush of relief as she saw Hyunjin standing right infront of him. "What're you upto, love?" Hyunjin asked, Y/n's cheeks reddening at the nickname as she tried to take it normally. "Walking to school, by the way, where's your car?" Y/n tilted her head in confusion since Hyunjin would most likely drive his car to school.

"I already have it parked there, I came out here for you" Hyunjin said it out so casually, he was loving the atmosphere. Walking to school as a couple was everything he needed and it was giving him butterflies in his stomach as he walked with his lover.

"Oh" Y/n let out, her grip tightened on the strap of the tote as she gazed at Hyunjin for a second. "Go ahead, I love it when you stare at me" Hyunjin laughed as Y/n pretened to be rude, rolling her eyes as she crossed her arms. "Shut up" she scoffed as they got closer to school. "Awh, mad cause I'm too good at this?" Hyunjin leaned towards Y/n, standing infront of her. "Pfft, as if-" Y/n spoke before she cut herself off as she saw one of the girls walking towards her direction. She quickly grabbed Hyunjin and ran inside a market, catching him off guard. "Woahh" Hyunjin wowed as Y/n dragged him along the aisles, grabbing fizzy drinks for the two of them before bringing it to the desk and placing them. She took her credit card out but Hyunjin snatched it away from her arms, paying for the drinks with his own card as she gave Y/n's card back whilst grabbing the two cans as he handed one of them to Y/n.

"Hey, I wouldn't mind-" Y/n tried to protest but was cut off. "You expect me to let my girl pay for my drink?" Hyunjin cut her off before Y/n froze on the spot, her ears boiling and she could feel herself reddening. "I-..." she froze, not being able to say a single word as her heart beat could be heard in the market where the products got scanned as Y/n stared deeply into Hyunjin. "Oh. Did that catch you off guard?" Hyunjin tilted his head. "Sorry, didn't know you didn't like nicknames" Hyunjin sulked. "Huh? No I don't.." Y/n muttered silently. "What was that?" Hyunjin smirked as he teased. What she has said right now had sent a gush of relief over him. "Fuck you" Y/n grabbed her can of soda and walked out with Hyunjin trailing behind her.
