As Petra and the other girls stirred from their sleep they noticed their shared lover missing.
The girls looked around but found no trace of him, "caretaker," Wanda called seeing the elder witch.
"Have you seen Cain?" Nico asked.
"No, it's strange, he wasn't in the training yard, nor was he in the forge," said Sara.
"Something doesn't feel right," said Petra.
Cain
Cain walked down the steps of the familiar temple halls, halls he hadn't walked since his first trip to hell, Cain came to the gold and black ornate door.

Cain placed the key in the door opening the temple in full, Cain stepped inside and blue fire ignited on the torches, Cain looked around as memories of his first visit here flooded his mind, the statues, the alter, the smiling statue of what was supposed to be God.
"It all started here, now I'm back," said Cain looking up at the statue of God, as it stared back at him with glowing red eyes.
"The first time I came here, I thought God was the boss, but, in the end, it was you wasn't it," Cain said turning towards the hooded statue, which then gave a horrific smile with glowing red eyes.
"Kandariu," Cain said.
"At last, you've made it," said Kandariu.
Kang
"This could be quite entertaining," said Kang as he activated drones so everyone including Marvel 616 could see these events play out.

"Guys the tv's turning on," said Dane and everyone got in front of the tv, they saw Cain in a dark room surrounded by blue torches, he was surrounded by statues, in front of him was a hooded statue holding a tablet.
The hooded statue smiled with glowing red eyes and they heard Cain say, Kandariu, the mage who Cain met with while in the Mortal Kombat universe.

Wind blew around him causing the flames to flicker and dance, as Kandariu unfurled six wings from his back and the tablet he held shattered as he stood up.
"At last you've made it little Monarch," said Kandariu.
"The commandments were meaningless it seems," said Cain.
"No there was meaning, but it's not important anymore, now shall we begin the test," said Kandariu with a smirk as he clapped his stone hands together and the statues came to life.
