Back at the vault Cinder Blaze, her parents, and apparently her new adopted sister were all sitting, Cinder spinning a knife on her finger imbuing it with her fire magic as she did, "now you all understand, I need to get the relic before it's secured in Atlas, it's the only way that Salem, we can accomplish our goal," said Cinder looking at her knife.

"Your not the only one who wants Ruby dead, unfortunately Salem doesn't feel the same way, and unfortunately with her father here, it becomes a lot harder," said Cinder.

"Your mother and I will deal with your aunt and uncle," said Clark.

"Yes sweetie, you two can play with your cousin to your hearts content," said Clea.

"That's the problem, I've been instructed not to kill her, and I'm not strong enough to go against Salem," said Cinder.

"You maybe," said Clark as he got a demonic smirk.

"Your mother and I, we can deal with some little immortal witch throwing a tantrum," said Clark.

"Oh this will be fun," said Clea licking her lips.

"We'll deal with this Salem, then, we'll go to Atlas for our little family reunion, when the time is right, understood?" asked a smirking Clark.

What were Clark and Clea planning, usually they couldn't wait to get to Cain and Petra, to fight them and try once more to kill them, that was the thought of the Midnight Suns who had fought these two many times over the years.

"If all you lost in that fight was your eyes, that's impressive," said Cain.

"You were a legend, a lot of us looked up to you, Qrow wanted to be just like you, he even based his weapon of yours," said Summer.

"How do legends disappear?" asked Oscar.

"Never show your face, never say your name, if your civilian life and your solider life are seperate and your able to leave the fight, you can melt into the background," said Cain.

"Well I'm a disappointment, so tell your friend he may be well on his way," said Maria.

"Child, a huntress is supposed to protect others to the bitter end, but after I lost my eyes, I only ever looked after my self, even after my surgery I never returned to the fight, I was afraid someone would find me again, finish what the others started, no one should aspire to be like me, especially when some of you are clearly stronger already," said Maria.

"It's comforting seeing that your generation seems up to the task of inheriting the world, I'm just sorry I didn't do my part to leave it in better shape," said Maria.

"Well maybe you can do something now, your powers and mine are similar, maybe you can help teach me," said Roxy.

"Both of you hold powers from Anansi, who in this world is the God of Light, so yes those are the same powers," said Petra.

Roxy's scroll began to ring, "it's Jaune," said Roxy looking at the screen.

Yang stopped her bike, and they came to a stop as Roxy answered it, "Roxy, thank god, I've been checking my scroll for your signal since we made it to the city," said Jaune.

"The City," said Roxy as she looked up, they saw a hill Yang drove up and over the hill they saw the beautiful port city of Argus.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we have arrived in Argus," said Yang, they drove to the walled city, got a garage for Yang to store her motorcycle in and waited for the rest of their party to meet with them.
