Y/n POV

"Can't win" Abraham groaned as he slammed his fist down at the RV. It had broke down and we were stuck on the side of the road. Glenn was taking a look at it as we were stranded on the road. "Might as well paint it red, and put a ladder on it" I laughed at Abraham's frustration.

Michonne and I were sitting on the ground trying to teach Evie how to walk. Michonne held Evies hands up while Evie pushed her tiny legs towards me. I couldn't help but smile as she struggled to make her way over to me.

"Typically babies don't walk until they are around 10 months. And Evie is about 2 months short of that timeframe so don't expect her to get up and walk right away" Eugene said as sat behind Tara.

"Shut up, my baby is smart" I said as I coached Evie to come and walk to me. "Come to mama" I said and with that Evie fell right in her butt.

"That was close" Michonne said as she helped Evie back to her feet. And Evie tried again to walk to me.

"All we need is a new car battery" Glenn said as he packed out and looked at the car.

"Where in the hell are we gonna find another battery?" Abraham asked as he looked over at Glenn.

"Over here" Glenn said as he led him away to go find an extra battery.

Michonne let go off Evie hand and Evie took a step after a step and then collapsed in my arms. I picked her up and spinned her around.

"You did it!" I said as I kissed her cheek and she started to giggle. I smiled as Michonne then kissed her other sheep and she was in a fit of laughter. "Eat that Eugene my baby is amazing" I said with a smile.

"Well that is very surprising" Eugene said as he looked down at Evie. I heard Rosita laugh from behind me as she stepped up closer to me and asked to hold Evie. I passed over Evie.

"What is Glenn and Abraham doing?" I groaned as I took a seat on the ground. I took my finger and drew circles into the dirt.

"Probably making out" Tara said, I wouldn't help but laugh at the thought of them doing that.

"I wouldn't be surprised" Rosita said as she kissed the happy Evie on the face.

When we finally pulled up the gates I was happy. It looked like there was a big gate and big walls that connected the place and it looked very secure. And it looked like a good place to start a family. Just we had no idea what it would be inside.

We all piled out of the car and we all looked up the gates. This was going to be promising. I looked behind me and I saw that Carol was holding Evie in her arms and whispering to her.

We were all waiting for the gates to open and once they did it was a beautiful neigherhood, we all jumped at the sight of a trashcan and Daryl had killed a possum. The guy that was there standing at the gate looked at us like we were crazy.

"We brought dinner" Daryl said as he held up the possum. I did my best not to laugh. These people were clean and you could tell we probably looked like animals to them.

"It's okay. Come on in, guys" Aaron said as he ushered us in. We were all a little hesitant but we all walked in. Once the gate was closed there was no way of going out.

"Before we take this any further, I need you all to turn over your weapons" The guy said at the front. Yeah I didn't want to do that. We didn't know these people. "Stay, you hand them over." The guy said. He was starting to piss me off.

"We don't know if we want to stay." Rick said as he kept a tight hold on the gun and in his other hand was Judith.

"It's fine, Nicholas" Aaron said as he looked at Nicholas. Well I didn't really appreciate Nicholas attitude.

"If we were gonna use them, we would have already started" I said as I crossed my arms over my chest. I was being honest as well.

"Let them talk to Deanna first" Aaron said as he looked at his friend.

"Who's Deanna?" Abraham asked from the back as he looked at Aaron.

"She knows everything you'd want to know about this place. Rick, why don't you start?" Aaron asked, he looked at the rest of us and behind us. "Sasha" Rick said and she turned around and got the Walker that was behind the gate as it shut off fully.

"It's a good thing where here" Rick said as he followed Aaron. We watched as they disappeared and I was a little offended. Why did Rick get to go first? What's so special about him?

"Why does Rick get to go first?" I asked as I uncrossed my arms over my chest. "What makes him the group leader? I mean I've made some decisions in this group as well" I said as I was very offended. "I hate Aaron now"

"Rick has had major decision over the rest of the group and he does-" Eugene started before I cut him off.

"Yeah Eugene were still mad at you for lying so why don't you stop talking" I said as I glared at him.

"Well I do think Rick does give off-" Gabriel started to talk before I cut him off.

"Umm sorry, who are you again? I really don't think anyone gave you the right to talk" I said as I also glared at him.

"Don't worry I think you're the leader of the group" Michonne said as she wrapped her arm around my shoulders.

"Thank you. At least someone appreciates me" I said as I leaned my head on her shoulder.
