He picks me up around the waist so he doesn't have to bend over, my feet dangling in the air.

"I love you," he tells me finally pulling away and setting me down.

"I love you. I'm so happy we are having these babies. In fact I have never been happier." I reach up to my tip toes to kiss him again.

"I can't believe I'm marrying you. We need to start looking for a house. Pretty soon we are going to have two newborn babies and we won't be able to move."

"Okay, I know a realtor. She was a family friend, but first." I smash my lips against his and he back me up against the wall.

Picking me bridal style he carried me to the bedroom. Our lips not breaking contact.

"Do you still want to go to the beach?" I ask him, i'm laying with my head on his chest, he's playing with my hair. Its starting to getting late.

"Sure if you want to." He smiles.

"Yeah, let me put my clothes back on."

"Need help?" I roll my eyes in return and put the same outfit back on.

Ow. Wait what? There's a pain at the base of my stomach.

"Jacob." I say placing my hand over my stomach. "The babies just kicked."

"Really?" He says excitedly and put his hand where mine was.

I can feel the thump of one of the babies kicking at my left side. A smile spreads across his face and I could tell that he felt it too.

Jacob's POV

I place my hand over her stomach quickly. This was the best day of my life. I feel one of them kick at my hand. It was the most incredible feeling, to have your children growing inside the woman that you love.

I still can't believe that I'm going to marry her. I know my mother won't approve, but I don't care.

A smile spread cross her beautiful face.

"I love you," she tells me.

"I love you. We really are the perfect little family."

Evangelina's POV

I can't stop staring at my new fiancé the whole way to the beach. I have a smile plastered to my face that would not go away.

We lay out on a blanket and sit down. The fireworks are about to start. I lay my head on Jacobs shoulder and grab his hand.

He kisses my forehead and we watched the fireworks in silence. It was perfect.

~

My mouth hurt from smiling so much. Jacob decided to stay the night at my house. I can't wait to start living like a family.

I change into sweat pants and a tank top and grab my computer. I sit down with Jacob on the couch.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm going to email that realtor I told you about. Her name is Jan she was my moms friend a long time ago. Maybe she can find a us a house. How many bedrooms should we ask for?"

"Four or five." I looked at him funny. "In case we want more kids." A smile crawled across my face. "Or we could build, I know a builder and we could put it on rush so we can move in within the next 6 months maybe."

"That sounds better, let's build." I say excitedly.

"Okay, I'll call him tomorrow. Lets talk about what we would want."

"Okay so four or five bedrooms?"

"Let's go with five and then we can have a guest room."

"Okay," I say opening my computer notes and adding that. "We have to have a huge closet, if you haven't noticed that my extra bedroom is my closet."

"Ha, okay a big closet. I like the idea of a Jack and Jill bathroom for the twins. What about that?"

"Sounds perfect. What about two story or one story?"

"Two story. Game room?"

"Defiantly if we are planning on having more than two kids."

"Yes! I'm so excited. Okay what color do we want the house? And are we going to paint the kids rooms different colors?"

"I think we should have light grey ceilings and a little bit darker grey walls. Then we can paint the kids rooms eventually but for now just one color."

"That sounds really pretty!" I can see that he is looking at me out of the corner of my eye.

"What?" I ask turning my head.

"Nothing, I just really love you."

~

I was working the pediatric clinic today and there were tons of little kids.

"Nikki." I call. A little girl and her mother came up to the door. "Room number 7." I follow behind them. "So what's the problem today Nikki?" I ask her. She looks miserable.

"She has a fever and I checked her throat since she wasn't talking and it looks red." Her mother answers.

"Okay, I'll take her temperature and The doctor  will see you in a moment." She was right her throat was red, and she had 102.3 temperature.

"Feel better." I say, turning to leave.

It wasn't even lunch and I bet about twenty people asked me about Jacob today. Suddenly all of the other nurses had an interest in me.

"Hey, you're Evi right?" A younger nurse asks me.

"Yes, and you are?"

"Oh sorry. I'm Rachel, I just couldn't help but notice that huge rock on your finger. You're engaged to Dr. West right?"

"Yes, I am. We've known each other since high school." I don't really know why I told her that.

"I noticed that you're also pregnant, but I didn't know it was his. You're the talk of the hospital."

"Really?" I ask surprised.

"Yeah, everyone is so jealous of you. Anyways I've got to go I have a patient waiting. Nice meeting you."

"You too."

That was weird. Why was everyone jealous? I just brush it off though.

I was going to be Doctor Evangelina West.
