"Ethan, have you seen my heels?!" I called.

"Which ones?" he chuckled from downstairs.

"Don't be sarcastic, the purple ones!" I called back.

"You mean these ones?" he said appearing in the doorway.

"Where did you find them?" I asked as he handed them to me.

"In the lounge where you left them." he chuckled.

I smiled and quickly put them on.

"You look great." he smiled at me.

"Thanks." I smiled back.

"You ready to go?" he asked me.

I nodded and took his hand as we walked out to the car.

A short while later we arrived in town.

"I brought a list." he stated as he pulled a piece of paper out of his pocket.

"Where did you get that from?" I chuckled as I glanced at it.

"I asked Kirstie what you need to get before the baby arrives and she made this list." he said quietly.

"That's actually a really good idea." I exclaimed.

"Don't sound so surprised." he grinned.

"At least we know that we can get pink stuff." I smiled.

"Aww this is cute!" I squealed as I held up an eeyore snow suit.

"I'm not sure we're going to need that." he grinned.

"They have baby grows that are the same design." I protested.

"Well get a couple then." he said, rolling his eyes.

"Have you heard from Cal?" I asked as I placed them into the trolley.

"Nope." he sighed.

"I hate not being in touch with him, we don't even know where he lives." I said quietly.

"With Kirstie I think." he told me.

"Are they back together?!" I exclaimed.

"Not that I know of, I guess he just wants to be there for Kai." he stated.

"Yeah." I said quietly.

"Feels weird though, having a quiet house. First Kirstie left and then Cal." I added.

"I'd make the most of it, if I were you." he beamed.

"It won't be quiet in our house for long." he added.
