I stared at him in stunned silence, my brain couldn't process what he was saying. It didn't seem right, something was out of place.

"I don't understand." I frowned.

"We had a girl before we were married so Susan's father forced us to give her up." he told me.

"What do you mean give her up?" I frowned.

"I don't know exactly what happened to her, Susan's Dad took her away. I'd imagine she got adopted by someone." he stated.

"Wow." I muttered.

I couldn't believe that I'd grown up not knowing about her. All these years that had passed and neither me or Stuart knew that she existed.

"Did you name her?" I asked.

"Andrea." he nodded.

I was totally speechless, with all the drama that was going on in my family at the moment, I certainly hadn't seen this coming. The stress from everything was starting to get to me.

Caleb seemed to sense the atmosphere, as he wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

"I'm sorry, I didn't realise that you didn't know." Dad said quietly.

"I can't believe Mum didn't tell me." I admitted.

"Maybe she was waiting for the right moment." he replied.

"How old would she be?" I asked.

"Five years older than Stuart." he answered.

"I wish I'd known about her." I said quietly.

"I think she was in touch with your Mother." he told me.

"How do you know that?" I frowned.

"I met your mother briefly a few days before she died, but they hadn't met up." he stated.

"Why?" I asked.

"I don't know why they didn't have much to do with each other, I didn't ask." he said.

I placed my head in my hands, my brain was spinning. There was to much to process.

"I need some air." I said as I quickly stood up and walked away.

AN: I'm sorry that this chapter sucked, I'll try and make the next one better.
