The following morning dawned bright and clear. I rose early and quickly got dressed. My shift didn't start for a couple of hours yet, but I wanted to get to the hospital early, so that I had time to look for more evidence.

I tiptoed downstairs, desperately trying not to wake Caleb. I didn't want to be lectured by him yet again. Everything I did he seemed to disagree with it. He seemed happy to just leave Ethan in jail even though he was innocent. I couldn't do that..I needed him and so did Georgia. She needed her father in her life. I would give anything for the three of us to be able to leave and never look back. To be in our own little world away from all the drama.

As I arrived at work I quickly walked into reception.

"Morning." I said to Louise.

"Hey, you're early!" she exclaimed as she glanced at the clock.

"Yeah, I want to look through the cctv." I told her.

"What for?" she frowned.

"I just want to have a look at the day my mum died, to see if anything unusual happened." I said.

"The police already looked at the cctv." she stated.

"Yeah I know but I just want to check something." I told her.

"The cctv room is through there." she said as she pointed down the hallway.
"Thanks." I smiled as I walked into the cctv room.

As I searched through hours of cctv footage, it seemed endless. I eventually stumbled upon the footage of the fateful day. I sat watching closely as I waited to see Mum, I could see her working at reception, but nothing that seemed untoward. I did a double take and sat up straight as I saw Andrew walk into reception and talk to Mum. Why would he be there? He took Mum's hand and walked away with her.

I sighed and placed the cd in my pocket. I chewed my lip thoughtfully. Was he just visiting or was there a more serious motive behind his actions. It certainly seemed to make sense...first the message and now this. My head was spinning. I needed to talk to someone about what I had found....but who? I couldn't talk to Caleb as he'd made his thoughts on the matter pretty clear. Oh how I wished I could talk to Ethan. He seemed to understand me in a way that Caleb didn't. I knew what I had to do...I picked up my jacket and walked to the police station.
