The Sayians Part 2: Goku Arrives

It was all of us against Nappa. During the fight, I noticed Vegeta staring at me. What was his problem? I got some good punches and threw some Ki blasts at Nappa, and he only scored one good punch on me.

After we waited for a while for Goku to come, we finally sensed his Ki. I sighed in relief, and couldn't wait to see my best friend again.

But, Vegeta decided that it would be best if Nappa killed everyone, and I grew angry.

Gohan kicked Nappa in the face when he came for him, and Nappa hit him with a Ki blast. Only it didn't hit Gohan, it hit Piccolo.

I gasped in horror.

"NO!" I screamed.

Piccolo couldn't die! Kami would die too and the Dragon Balls would be useless. Gohan got angry and shot Nappa with a Ki blast but it didn't work. Just as he was about to crush my best friend's kid, he was saved by a familiar cloud.

Nimbus! I thought.

Goku was floating above us and I smiled. Nappa tried hitting my best friend, but he was too fast. His eyes scanned the area, and he gave Krillin, Gohan, and I sensu beans. We hugged.

"What took you so long?" I asked and punched his arm.

He replied, "I ran on a snake okay? How are you doing? Gohan? Krillin?"

They told him everything that happened, and he grew angry. He told us he was fighting alone, and we felt his energy spike.

"No! I'm fighting with you!" I protested, "I don't care how strong you are; I'm just a little behind."

Goku said, "Not this time (Y/N), I have to do this on my own. Hey, how 'bout we go out to eat some food after this?"

"Goku, I swear if you die, I will kill you. How can you even think about food at a time like this?"

"I don't know, I'm hungry," he told me.

He gave me one last smile, and turned to Nappa. I didn't want him fighting alone. We still didn't know how strong Vegeta was, and Nappa managed to kill four of our friends. Goku's powers spiked tremendously, and Nappa yelled, "It's over nine thousand!"

Well nine thousand on what? I thought. Maybe I was farther behind than I thought. I can reach it in a few months though. Whatever Goku could do, I could reach it in a shorter amount of time than he ever could.

Nappa still charged at Goku, but Goku kicked him in the head. Even Vegeta was stunned. It was obvious Nappa was letting his anger get to him, so he was being reckless in his attacks. Vegeta pointed him out on his recklessness and Nappa calmed down a bit.

Then he charged at us. I was prepared to defend them because I wasn't as badly hurt as Krillin. As I got in my stance, I heard Goku yell something.

"Kaio-Ken!" He yelled.

His speed multiplied. He hit Nappa with such brutal force, I heard his back crack; Goku hurled him at Vegeta. Goku came back to us, and I poked his muscles.

"You are absolutely teaching me that," I told him.

I turned my attention to the two Sayians. Nappa held his hand out for Vegeta to grab, but instead Vegeta threw him in the air.

What the fuck is he doing? I asked myself.

"Now DIE!" Vegeta screamed.

Vegeta threw something at him in the sky, and Nappa exploded.

My eyes widened.

Holy shit! He just killed his own comrade!

Goku took Krillin and Gohan in his arms, and we both flew up to the sky. We were all shocked by it.

"Why would he do that?" I asked.

Goku said, "Go back to the Kami lookout all of you."

"But-" Gohan protested.

"Listen to your father Gohan. It's for the best," Krillin said and they flew off.

"You should get going too. I don't want you getting hurt." Goku looked at me.

"Pfft, please. I may not fight, but I will stay 'till the end," I said and he smiled.

"Alright, but don't get mad when flying debris hits you in the head and I say told you so." He chuckled.

"Yeah yeah. Just don't get killed again, okay?"

"No promises." I laughed.

He was always the one to be an optimist.

Vegeta and Goku flew off and I followed. I was going to step in if I had to. No way in hell was I going to let my best friend die again.
