I sobbed for hours on top of the grey snake head. It felt as if the yellow was mocking me. "You'll never be this happy again!" It laughed at me. "You came here for peace but only got suffering!"

Did I even want to go back? I failed everyone. I was so focused on ending him that I didn't even take into consideration all the things he could do. In the end, Cell and I were both destroyed.

I gasped. Chi Chi... oh no.

I pressed my hands to the sides of my head and cried.

Knock me out, kill me, put me through my misery, whatever. Just don't make me go through this.

No one heard my thoughts, and no one answered.

I transported back to the only person that made me feel like I was alive.

"Are you hurt?" He asked me.

I looked down and bit my lip.

"Can we just go?" I whispered. "Please?"

"Vegeta, where's Goku?" Krillin asked.

Vegeta replied blankly, "He's dead."

"What happened?!" Gohan asked.

I couldn't look at any of them, so I only stared at Vegeta's white boots. And why were they all here? Wasn't I gone for hours?

"Goku transported Cell to King Kai's place, and they both died in the blast," he explained.

"Auntie... it's not your fault," Gohan said.

I whispered, "It is. I helped kill your dad."

"You didn't," he insisted and held my hand. "You fought and this happened." Tears slowly made their way down his face. "He was a good man and wouldn't want you like this."

"Maybe I do," I replied. "Can we just go, please? I can't do this. I'm sorry." I finally looked at Vegeta.

He nodded and held me as he flew off without another word.

"Goku, hold on!"

"What is it, Y/n?" Goku asked me. "We're gonna miss Master Roshi!"

"My tail's stuck in something!" I exclaimed.

Goku ran back to me. "Hold on!"

He tickled me, and my tail got out of the branches.

"Thanks, Goku."

"That's what best friends are for right?" He asked and we laughed and hugged.

I called, "Agh! Master Roshi, wait!"

"Kami, if you ever leave me like that again I swear Goku!" I yelled and swatted him.

He responded, "I was only gone for a few hours with Chi Chi. We went on this thing called a date."

Goku scratched his head and chuckled.

"Oh... a date hmm?" I raised my eyebrows. "Isn't that like when people go out together and just eat?"

He replied, "We went to go see a movie."

"Huh? Why? You can't talk to each other while a movie's on."

"I know! And she didn't wanna see an action movie."
