Chapter 26 - not edited

Hold the freaking truck -- what the heck happened?

Hoots and drank slams were thrown at us as girls gave me dirty looks and the boy next to me were given admiration. My heart was still beating really hard, and my eyes were never closing. I looked around desperately for Flo, but she wasn't in the living room anymore.

I could still feel it, the warmth of his lips. I didn't dare to move my lips in any position in case his saliva got inside my mouth. What am I talking about? He didn't share any, but I could tell that his lips had moisten up before he did... that. I wonder if he secretly brought a lip balm in case things like this would happen. Oh goodness, after this party, I will kill him. Not entirely anyway.

"I'm sorry guys, but we're going to back out from here." Ace said and held on to my upper arms. I tried shrugging it off, but his hold was stern.

"So you can kiss her some more? Go ahead! Backyard is the perfect place for some more PDA." John suggested. Ace winked at him and dragged us away from the crowd.

Once we were away from other people, I pounded his chest with my best strength, even if I was a bit tipsy, "What the hell did you just do?!"

"Ivory, I can explain--"

"Explain my ass! Can you English people think of something original to say than those cliche'd scripts?"

"What?"

"Never mind, that's my Wattpad conscious talking." I pounded his chest some more, "Why. Did. You. Do. That!"

"Did you tell anyone except for me and Flo that you haven't been kissed before?" He questioned, and I became silent, "Exactly!"

I was pissed, "Excuse me?"

"You dragged me into the game, and I couldn't back out. If I don't do it, none of us would be given another chance. Anyway, most of them are drunk." He stated, "I didn't go full on anyway-"

"It doesn't matter matter! You intruded my personal space." I yelled. My vision began to spin around and held onto the nearest object to steady myself, "Just right after I told you about me..."

He sighed, "Look, I don't want to argue with you at a state like this. Let's solve this properly when we're both ready."

"I am ready. If you didn't want to play the game in the first place, why didn't you just leave?"

"You told me to stay!"

I rolled my eyes, "Oh really? There's this thing called ignoring people. Ouch, my brain hurts."

This time, I couldn't help it. The amount of yelling that I did pounded my brain like crazy and I hissed in pain. Ace extended his hands to help, but I pushed it away.

"Don't touch me." I said stubbornly.

"Ivory." He tried. I backed away from him, but every time I made a step back, the world spun around and patches of black spots filled my vision.

The last thing I saw was Ace running towards me and caught me in mere seconds. Before I passed out, I heard him whisper, "God damn it Ivy. I only joined because I care."

I fluttered my eyes open and stared up at the ceiling. I lightly ran my hands on the soft duvet, and realised that I was on a bed. Flipping on my right side, I saw bright lights that escaped from the gaps of the window blinds. It was morning.

I sat up, and then suddenly a growing ache started appearing on my head. I hissed in pain and sunk down to the pillow. Was this how it felt like to have a hangover? It sounded worse when people talked about it. I groaned in pain and held on to my forehead with my hand. I will never drink again if this kind of effect does it.
