After Charlie and Vaggie decided to accept Sera's offer of letting her do the demon blood extraction from Max, they followed her with him to Heaven. They headed to the castle as they decided to do the extraction in a guest room.
"Lay him here." Sera spoke as she opened the covers for Max.
Charlie did so as a couple angels brought a machine that tracks his heart rate during the extraction.
"This will help when he becomes unstable to slow down the process." She explains as she connects him to it.
"I don't know about this." Max spoke while scared out of his mind.
"I know it will hurt. But this serum will make you sleep through the procedure." Sera spoke as she injected it into his neck.
Max instantly falls into a deep sleep as Sera gets ready to extract the demon blood out.
"Get your powers ready Princess and Emily. We need all the stability we need to make sure it goes smoothly. Vaggie, make sure you keep the child still." Sera instructs as she stabilizes Max.
"Ready." Charlie says as she goes to her true demon form.
"I don't know about this. We don't want to lose him if this goes wrong." Vaggie says with concern.
"Don't worry. I trust her." Charlie spoke.
"Begin." Sera spoke as she started stabilizing Max and helping Charlie and Emily start extracting the demon blood out of Max's chest.
Max started twitching a little as it started to hurt, but Vaggie did her best to keep him still on the bed while the extraction gets more intense as the demon blood tries to go back in his chest while getting pulled out.
"Keep going. We are making good progress." Sera spoke as she pulled harder.
"AHHHHHHHH!" Max shouted in pain by the extraction.
"It's normal. Just halfway there. Emily, help me stabilize Max more." Sera spoke.
Emily did so while Charlie kept helping on pulling out the demon blood as they were almost there. Max kept screaming in agony as the extraction hurt until they finally pulled it out of his chest.
"Got it. Bring me a jar, Emily." Sera spoke.
Emily did so as they placed the extracted demon blood in and sealed it tightly.
"Extraction successful." Sera spoke in relief.
"Good. Is he alright?" Charlie asked Vaggie.
"He's still breathing. His heartbeat is at normal rate. He's back in a sleeping state." Vaggie explains.
"I say he should stay here for a couple of days to rest since the extraction did make his body frail, and give you time to rebuild your hotel." Sera suggested.
"That's fine." Charlie spoke.
"And to make sure that Max won't get hurt while he's living in hell, I'll give him the power of immortality to prevent him from getting sick, injured, and avoiding getting killed. He will still have normal strength and he will still grow up naturally." Sera spoke as she placed her hand on his forehead as a glow went into his chest.
They left Max alone in the guest room to recover.
Sera gave the jar of demon blood to a couple of angels for tests to see who it belongs to.
"Don't worry Charlie. He will be fine here till we rebuild the hotel." Vaggie spoke as she and Charlie headed back to Hell.
Somewhere in Heaven beach...
"Adam is dead, but your daughter will cause issues with our deal with you staying here in Heaven. You understand Lilith?" Lute asked.

She just nodded calmly.
"Oh and one more thing you should know. Congratulations, you are a grandmother now." Lute spoke as she walked away.
Lilith was silently surprised by that and she immediately headed back to council hall as she heard that Max was resting in one of the guest rooms.
Meanwhile...
Max was in a deep sleep as he is recovering well. Lilith quietly walks in the room and heads to the side of the bed.
"A human child?" She asked as she placed her hand on his forehead.
"Lilith?" Emily asked.
"Oh hey Emily. I was just told that I had a grandson unexpectedly." Lilith quietly spoke before leaving the room.
"Yeah. He's just staying here to recover from demon blood contamination and till Charlie finishes rebuilding her hotel as well." Emily explains.
"Wait. This child got infected with demon blood?" Lilith asked while surprised.
"Yeah. Luckily we were able to save him in time. He's frail for a couple days. We are still trying to run tests on finding the DNA tests of who it belongs to." Emily explains.
"I see. I do need to speak to Sera about something. Excuse me." Lilith says as she leaves calmly.
She headed to the labs and snuck inside where the demon blood is being stored at. She took a sample from the jar and scanned it in the computer to tell the identity of who it belongs to and noticed the results. She noticed it was Judy's blood.
"I can't believe his biological mother would do something like this to him. Giving him her blood to turn him into a demon." Lilith said while angered and decided to punish Judy for the crime she committed.
Later...
Judy and Striker were relaxing in bed together after their intimacy moment. Judy lit a cigarette as she relaxed in her new lover's arms.
"How about we have a nice spirit for our night?" Striker asked.
"Sure honey. I'll wait right here." Judy says in a teasing way.
Striker got out of bed and went to the cabinet for a bottle of wine.
As he was about to head back to the bedroom, Lilith ambushed him from behind and stabbed him deeply in the side of his neck with a large angel made dagger. Striker gurgled out blood and collapsed onto the floor.
Lilith calmly headed to the bedroom as she was ready to kill Judy for being a horrible mother to Max.
"Hey! Who the fuck are you?! What are you..."
Judy didn't finish her sentence as Lilith closed the door behind her and started brutally stabbing her to death in the most horrible way. She screamed in agony a few times after being stabbed, but slowly passes away.
"What you did to that poor child will never be tolerated. You failed your duty of being a mother." Lilith spoke before leaving the bedroom while covered in Judy's blood and headed back to Heaven like nothing happened.
