Your life is a glistening zenith,
Endless laughter is our premise,
Just like stunning Venice,
Nothing like the betrayed tenace.
Like a flawless jigsaw puzzle,
A gentle drizzling dazzle,
You'd never feel our scalding ache,
When there's no more to lose...or take.
Your life is just too right,
You don't cry in the middle of night.

Good lord, here we start again,
The same old glaring pain,
Hasty bandage-concealed wounds,
Sweet meat for the starving hounds.
It doesn't feel the same,
A picture-perfect frame,
Cascading rivulets stain my guise,
Such haunting grief was always my disguise.
