Bruises

Filler Chapter but necessary...the next chapter's gonna be great.

I woke up feeling like a bruise. everything hurt, my neck, my shoulders, my hips, my back, my arms above everything else...and my tongue? I pushed Joe (who was still on me) aside, I'm not happy with how he left me. I noticed we were still alone in the room and wondered where Mattey and Piper had spent the night.
When I walk into the bathroom and spot my face in the mirror I take a step back startled, and then I look again, shit. I had forgotten to remove my heavy purple and black eyeshadow last night, I look like a panda bear with fucked up hair. Then I spot a bunch of blemishes all over my neck and collar bones.
I have pink hickeys, then in other places little red outlines of his teeth, and a purple bruise on my right breast where he bit me last night. I'm gonna kick his balls when he wakes up.

I sorely strut out the room, Joe just catches a glimpse of my wet hair. I catch the elevator right before it leaves, there I find standing Topper and Lily from last night. I smile at them and look down trying to keep their gaze from my neck.
"you taking your luggage to the bus?" Topper asks.
"yeah, and to look for Mattey and Piper while I'm at it."
"Piper's in my room with Kosmo, I last saw Mattey asleep on the couch downstairs with Mick."

"that little slu-" the doors open, "see you later guys!"

***shift in narration***

Candy sat at the corner of the bus and observed the others hop in, they all seemed to have had a wild night themselves, with ice on their heads, water bottles in their hands.
"You didn't wait for me" pouted Joe taking up the seat next to her. She ignored him looking out the window. He kissed her cheek.
"You left me all bruised up idiot" She whispered.
He let out a laugh, "you think its funny? feel the pain" she punched his ball sack, his breath left his lungs as she got up and went to sit next to Piper.

She faced her removing her sunglasses to examine Candy's neck.
"Damn you guys need to cut it back with your kinky shit"
"Tell me about it" Candy replies lifting up her wrists so Piper can see the marks left by the handcuffs. Her eyes widen, "holy shit" she laughs.

Kosmo starts the motor, they're headed to Sheffield now, where it all had began.
