Chapter 19: Lucy

"What do you want to talk about?" I asked the moment we entered a room with a billiard table inside.

"Do you play billiards?" he asked while taking billiard sticks and handed me one

"Yeah."

"Then let's play and chat then. It will be fun." He said and smiles at me. I have a different feeling about this.

While playing he started the conversation. He's a better player than me thou.

"So...You're that Natsu guy huh?" he said while focusing his stick on the white ball

"What are you talking about?" I said while re chalking my stick

"Let's just say that you are the one that Lucy despises the most. I was surprised that she insisted to work under you." I narrowed my eyes on him. He took a shot and the number 4 ball went inside a hole.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked waiting for my turn

"Let's not play dumb now. I know you, you know what I mean. After that disappearance thing that you did, you are going to come back again like nothing happened." He is going to take a shot again but I smash my hands over the board that made him miss. I don't care about that! What's pissing me now is this guy.

"You don't know anything so you better keep your mouth shut." I said and gave him a death glare. (A/N: the usual death glare that Natsu always do when he's angry.)

"Chill down now. I don't want to fight with you." He said

"Don't go talking shit with me Jaejoong. Just because you are helping us with our project doesn't mean you can go inside my personal life like it's a casual thing to say!"

"It's true that I really don't know what happened between you guys. But let me just tell you this Natsu Dragneel, do you really care about Lucy or this is just your selfishness that lead you to leave her. No man will ever make her girl cry if he truly loves her. Maybe your love for her isn't that powerful to protect her from the pain she is feeling right now." He said and that pull the trigger that put my fist to land on his face.

"hahaha that was a hell of a punch." He said on the floor and wipes the blood on the corner of his lips.

I pull him up with his collar. "Take back what you said." I'm really mad at this guy. He can even laugh at his situation.

"Why would I? That's the truth. If I only get to know her sooner than you, I can make her the happiest woman in the world. I would never do what you did to her." He said. I push him down.

"But unfortunately you met her first. You are the one that she loved first. And you are the one that she still loves." My frustrations on him vanish when he said those words. I look at him in surprise. He looks down and his eyes won't hide the sadness he is feeling. But I am impress that he can still put up a smile in his face. His eyes are like mine but the only difference is that I can't put up that smile that he is having right now.

"I just met Lucy a couple of years ago during the conference of fashion designers all over Asia. That was the time that we became friends. She told me about you and it seems that she still has feelings for you. I tried to court her but she didn't give me a chance. Hahaha I was friend zoned back then I confess my feelings for her. You still love her right?"

"I know that you still do. That's why I tried to piss you to check you really do."

"Why did you do that?" I asked

"Natsu. Lucy is not the kind of any girl in this world that can wait her whole life for a guy she loves. Lucy is the girl that deserves to be love as much as she loves the person she chooses. Lucy is the girl that you should take care of. Lucy is the girl that you should only hold and Lucy is the girl you should only love. You should have realized all of this before you made a decision to leave her. Lucy is a keeper and she is the person that can love you more than any other man in this world." Those words punch me through the veins of my heart.

"Natsu! Do you realize any of that?! Who is Lucy to you anyway?!" he yelled

"I know! I know. I know all of that! Lucy is the person I love the most!" I said back at him

"Then why do you still didn't come back to her when she need you the most?!"

"Because I was scared..." I said and close mi fist

"Scared of what?"

"I don't want to talk to you anymore. I'm going now. Thank you for your help and I appreciate it." I said in my back facing him. I walk down stairs and Lucy is still picking up some clothes. I grab her hand and we walk outside the shop.

"Hey Wait!" she struggle but I still pull her outside

"I'll be back tomorrow!" she said to the lady inside

"Sir. Natsu, what's wrong?" she asked

"I'm tired let's head back tomorrow if you want. For now I want to take a rest." I said not looking at her

"Did something happen between you and Hero?" she asked

"No it's nothing. I just have this terrible headache." I said and a cab stops in front of us. We went inside and seated at the back.

"Okay. You should rest first and we can just continue this tomorrow. I already list some clothes that we can keep—" she said but my head suddenly falls to her shoulders. I huff through my mouth. I feel hot and my head is spinning hard.

"N-Natsu?!" she said with a surprised tone.

"L-Lucy?!" I said in pain...

"W-what is it?!" I felt her hand touch my forehead

"You have a high fever. We should get you to the hospital." She said in panic

"I don't want to go to the hospital." I said

"Why? You are sick."

"I just ...don't...want ...to go there." I said and my consciousness is already fading

"Let's just head back to the hotel." She said and I feel asleep in her shoulders.

"Lucy..."
