"Stand behind me." Zero mumbled

I moved behind him as he wished. "My lord." He mumbled

"What is this i hear of your new pure blood mate." The Man. said

"You know the law Zero where is she?"

Alaya grabbed my arm and pulled me from behind Zero. I looked at her then at Zero. Two vampires were holding him back.

"Come child."

Alaya pushed me towards him. I, walked up three stairs and infront of him. He looked at me in amazement. Was something wrong with me?!?!

"Give me Your hand child."

He held out his hand and i hesitated. I slowly laid my hand on he's. I felt a shiver than saw a little boy. He looked exactly like me and Zero but something was different.

Zeros father moved his hand away from mine and looked at me.

"So it is you."

He looked pass me.

"Alaya you are no longer needed."

"What?!"

"You are no longer his mate she is do you are no longer needed."

"Wait father.. We may need Alaya." Zero said

"How so?"

"There was something that attacked Ashley that night something big."

"What was it?"

"I don't know but since i will be teaching Ashley to control her thrist we'll need someone to protect her blind spots."

His father looked at me.

"Then you are needed Alaya. Your job is to protect Ashley."
