The Execution

Gendry and Davos are walking down the beach near the Dragonglass cave. Groups of men were carrying boxes filled with Dragonglass out of the cave.

"We're leaving today. The queen snd king got a lot on their minds." Ser Davos explains

"I understand." The younger man replies

"They dont need to be thinking about harboring the bastard of the man who killed her family." Davos keeps explaining while Gendry tells him he has nothing to worry about.

"You're just Clovis, a smith who's come to pay his respects before he heads off to work at the Winterfell forges." The old man keeps talking as they enter the mouth of the cave. Jon and Daenerys are walking along the corridor. They stop and turn around to face Davos.

"You survived King's Landing." The former member of the night's watch says.

"Yet again." Davos replies.

"And who is this man you brought with you Ser Davos?" Daenerys asked. She was good with faces and this one was not familiar.

But before the knight had a chance of giving Gendry's fake name the boy in question stepped forward. "It's Gendry, princess. I'm Robert Baratheon's son. Bastard son."

This caused Jon and Dany to look at the older man questioningly. But the latter simply said. "He was meant to keep that to himself."

"I see." The khaleesi replied.

"Our fathers trusted each other. Why shouldn't we?" Gendry asked Jon. Who told him he saw Robert once at Winterfell. Making the baratheon bastard andwer that he once saw Ned Stark at his shop.

"All I ever knew was they fought together and won. Ser Davos told me where you're going and why. Let me come with you." Gendry asked but was interrupted by Ser Davos who reminds him that he is no soldier.

"No, but I'm a fighter. And he won't be needing a smith with a sword like that." The young man insists.

"Do you know how to use one?" Jon asks but Gendry shajes his head and tells him he prefers a hammer.

Gendry looks to Davos. Who confirms that the boy can handle himself. This seems enough for Jon who nods and tells them they can use the help.

"As my father used to say, it's better to be a coward for a minute than dead for the rest of your life." Davos says but Gendry answers. "I owe you my life. Twice over. But if what you said is true about what's out there, I can't wait out this war."

"Yeah. Nobody mind me. All I've ever done is live to a ripe old age." The onion knight tells them.

"Before you go. You must meet with my niece and her husband. They have the right to know that Robert Baratheon's son his on their side." Daenerys interrupts the conversation. She has nothing against him. But he is the last baratheon male and that must count for something.

"Very well. When do i meet them?" He asks. Knowing that it was his father that murdered Rhaegar and had tried to end the Targaryend line.

Rhaenya had just seen the Maester to confirm everything was alright with the babe. Currently in painted table chamber, she was surrounded by her small council.

The door opened and Daenerys and Jon entered followed by Ser Davos and Gendry.

"We have brought someone who wishes to join our cause." The khaleesi explained, before gesturing to Gendry, who bowed his head to both the queen and king consort.

"Your grace. My name is Gendry i am Robert Baratheon's bastard." He started but was interrupted by Nyzam. "I though Joffrey and Cersei had killed all of Robert's bastards."
