***Amaya's POV***

Running through the corridors like my life depended on it, not at all was what I was expecting after my grand reveal. I mean, it started as such a wonderful moment.

"My name is Amaya Fukui." I declared as gasps sounded throughout the hall, mixed with various sighs of relief. "And I've come to declare war."
With that declaration, I unsheaved my sword and cleaved Jack's head from his shoulders, taking out one of the biggest threats while I could.
Queen's eyes were bugging out of his head while his jaw was down to his knees, matching the rest of the audience below on the floor. King actually dropped his sword in shock, allowing the metal clanging to ring out across the room. And Kaido froze, like mid-action froze as if his brain short-circuited.
I supposed I did just ruin Kaido's whole moment of discrediting Momo, ending the old Wano, and kill his subordinate, but his face was priceless.
However, my moment was ruined by a single voice.
"Oh? Mama-mama it's Ama-chan." Big Mom spoke. "Looks like my daughter-in-law is here for me to drag back to Katakuri. Mama-mama." She laughed again.
Goosebumps like I'd never experienced before tore through my skin, making my mind go blank. Next thing I knew, I was high tailing it out of there, yelling, "Nope! Not today, hag!"

I was outside again before I knew it, climbing high into the sky with Sky Walk.
"Chi!" I called, searching for the cloud fox in my plane.
It wasn't long before I spotted the red masterpiece as Chi started to descend. I made my way to her before taking a loadoff in the pilots seat. I rubbed my arms trying to get rid of the goosebumps still sticking to my arms.
"CHi chI chi?" She questioned my presence back so soon.
"Well, I'd blame wedding jitters if it was a wedding I agreed to." I explained.
"CHI!?"
"Big Mom is here." I clarified.
"Chi," she deflated in acknowledgment before she popped back up, putting her paws on my shoulders. "CHIIII!??!?!"
"How was I supposed to know that she and Kaido teamed up!? You think I wanted to see her after she tried to force me into her family." I shivered. "Look! I just got rid of these before you brought them back." I griped, pointing to the many dots on my arms.
"CHi cHI?"
"Ace? He's running around with Lu right now."
"Chi?"
"I think I saw Greenie on the floor I just ran away from, but I'm not sure. Why are you asking about them?"
"chI chi CHIIIIII chI" she squeaked happily.
My temperature rose. "Don't go squeaking nonsense." I covered my face with my hands, trying to calm back down. Peaking through my fingers, I asked, "Have you noticed anything?"
"Chi cHI chi chi CHi."
That got my attention. "Oh?" I lowered my hands, "and you said that they are at the top fighting already?"
"ChI chi," she deadpanned.
"One-sided, eh? Well, while they have heart, those samurai are no match for Kaido."
"Chi Chi?"
"No, I'm not going to stay here and hide from Big Mom."
"ChI cHI chI," she retorted.
I deflated slightly. "Maybe I am a little afraid." I admitted. "Not of her abilities, but of my emotions. She forces my emotions to the surface when she brings up marriage and family."
"Chi Chi chi," she advised.
Shaking my head, I gathered my spiraling thoughts. "You're right girl. There will be time for emotions after the battle for now I just need to do what needs to be done." I took a deep breath, glancing out the window. "What's that?"
Blue fog or was it smoke was slowly starting to make its way around the island below, and from the plane we could see that the source started from Kaido standing at the top. Looking around the ground around Kaido were the Akazaya Samurai: scattered and unconscious.
I must've been up here longer than I thought.
"Chi, I'm going to need your help. Leave the plane in the air for now and come get it afterwards."
"Chi?!"
"Once we get to the ground, I need you to give these to each of them while I distract Kaido. We can't give him time to finished whatever it is he's doing." I handed her enough vials of my tears, so that the samurai could be healed to fight on.
Scooping up Chi, I jumped out of the plane. Kicking the air, I increased our speed of descent. As we neared, I released Chi to sky walk herself down the rest of the way.
"ChI!" She encouraged before splitting off.
I smiled. "Thanks girl." I took out my blade, holding it in both hands before embedding it with haki. In addition to the Color of Arms, I activated my observation haki as I'd need every edge I could get on this monster.
Shouting with all my might, I called out the move. "Sky Sword Reaping!"
Kaido meet my sword with his weapon, stopping me in place before I turned into smoke to sneak around to strike his side.
"Sky Dance!" I slashed a few more times, embedding each attack with haki and lightning. Each blow was met and each counter attack was dodged.
"Amaya, wasn't it?" Kaido spoke as we were in a stalemate. "No wonder Jack was defeated in a single blow. He was weak compared to you." He bellowed a laugh. "What is your connection to Lynn-Lynn?" He wondered.
My eyes narrowed in frustration. "I have no connection to her! She wanted me as a daughter-in-law for her son. I refused, so we have no connection!"
Kaido laughed again. "In that case, join me. Become part of my crew in this new Pirate Era."
I launched a fist of fire at his cheek, causing the smallest of singes on his facial hair. "I refuse. I have my own ambitions, and as far as I'm concerned, you'll be long forgotten before then."
He bellowed a louder laugh. "You interest me, girl. That ability of yours. I've seen it before when that spit start challenged me several years ago. Roger's boy. What was his name?"
"Ace."
He laughed again. "That's right. You and him seem similar, but unfortunately for you that means that you will lose this fight."
I smirked. "My goal was never to win against you, Kaido. I'm just the distraction." Surrounding me on all sides, were the Akazaya samurai, fully healed.
"Thank you Amaya-dono. Fox-dono." Kimemon spoke. "Thanks to you. We can keep fighting."
"Always in the nick of time, aren't you Amaya?" Iso commented.
"We try. Don't we, Chi?"
"Chi!" She agreed.
"We'll leave it to you. I'll get Luffy up here shortly, so if you can't beat him, try to hold out until then. He was up to something before I stalled him."
"Ama-san, thank you, and please be careful." Kawamatsu spoke.
I returned my sword before dashing off. "We will! Chi, let's go!" She followed beside me until I made it to a hole in the ground. It lead right to the performance floor that I bolted from not too long ago.
"Chi, can you make it back to the plane on your own? I know you can sky walk now, but can you maintain it long enough?"
"Chi!" She saluted.
"Then go, I'll cover you will an illusion that won't let people see you. You'll be safe once you're there. I'm going to find Lu and bring him here."
I summoned my illusion as she took to the sky. Once I was certain that she would make it fine, I glanced back down the hole only to see Big Mom making her way up.
Quickly summoning another illusion, I flatted myself to the side of the entrance as she floated past me on her cloud on her way to Kaido.
Mentally promising the Akazaya that I would return with backup soon, I quickly jumped down the hole, releasing my illusion as I did.
As I fell, I looked over the situation, and it wasn't pretty. Both enemies and allies alike were covered in ice coating, which appeared to be making them attack at random. All around skirmishes were happening between the samurai and Kaido's subordinates. Queen was currently dismayed, along with a few soldiers about his gun having just been cut in half.
Looking towards the source of Queen's sadness, I found an angry Zoro.
"I don't have time for your damn game. I came to take Kaido's head!" He declared.
I laughed as I landed behind him near the other Straw Hats there. "Sorry to ruin the moment." I chuckled. "That's just so you though."
"Where did you come from?" Chopper questioned.
I pointed up. "From fighting Kaido. I got the Akazaya back on their feet with Chi's help, but I need to get Zoro and Lu up there soon."
"Can I leave this floor to you?" Zoro questioned.
I shook my head. "I'll get you to the top with Luffy before coming back down to back up the others. Chopper will you be fine till I get back?"
"Leave it to me! I've already figured out how the virus works." He clutched the vial of antibody in his hoof. His hoof and half his arm was covered in a thick layer of deep blue ice, showing that he had also been affected by the virus.
"Chopper, does heat stall the spread?" I inquired, lighting my hand on fire near his iced arm.
"Yes, it's a gas that spreads through the body, so the heat keeps it from spreading." Chopper informed me, his body easing a small fraction with the heat.
"Then I'll return with extra firepower on my way back." I smirked before turning to Zoro. "Ready for battle, Greenie?" I held out my hand as we will be taking the long way to the top. Gotta grab grab Lu on the way after all.
"Not quite, we need to make sure this situation doesn't blow up further first."
I was shook. "Wow."
"What?" Zoro questioned.
"You actually sounded like a First Mate there. It caught me by surprise." I released a deep breath.
"Why you-"
"It's a good look." I interrupted, seeing a familiar face in the sky. He was cased in blue and orange flames."Is that? Marco!" I called, waving my hand in the air.
"Ama? You're here too-yoi?" He flew over the chaos before seeing the Straw Hats with me.
"Why are you guys here-yoi? You're the main force. You should be up top-yoi." Marco commented to them. There was a good number of Straw Hats here. There was Brook, Chopper, Robin, and of course Greenie. This was also where the majority of the samurai bosses were too.
"You think I'd be down here if I had to be?" Zoro huffed in irritation.
"Anything I can do to help?" Marco offered, beating his fire wings once again.
"Ahhh!? What!?!? Why?!?!" Queen started to shout in shock. "It's Marco the phoenix!"
We all ignored him as our samurai allies were starting to lose their willpower to the spreading virus.
"Fire! Everyone! Fire, will slow the virus! It takes time to make antibodies, so survive until then!" Chopper squeaked out in alarm.
"With so many affected by the virus, it'll be hard to find enough sources of fire." Robin commented, seeing the sheer number of infected.
"Then let's do this-yoi!" Marco got pumped, spreading his wings further and shooting a fire pillar straight for Chopper.
It hit him dead on. "Ahh! It's hot! It's really hot! It's burning hot! Burn, burn! I'm going to burn to death!" He yipped dragging his body on the ground, trying to stifle the flames.
"I got what you asked for, fire and flame-yoi."Marco deadpanned in response.
"Hey! You're burning him! Marco!" Zoro placed his hand on a sword to draw before rushing forward.
Brook was also drawing his sword. "I thought you were on the same side, Marco-san!"
I sighed before zapping in-between them all, letting my sword catch both Brook's and Zoro's as I faced the phoenix.
"Honestly, why are you two so hot headed?" I glanced at them behind. "Chopper's fine. Look. There is no sign of him burning despite him being on fire."
Brook pulled his sword back rushing to Chopper before putting his hand in the flame.
"Ahh! Hot! I'm going to burn too! Or not?" Brook looked at his inflamed fingers in question. "Chopper calm down." He followed up.
"Hot! Hot! It's hot or not?" Chopper questioned. "Uh? I'm on fire, but I'm not getting burned!"
Zoro withdrew his sword from mine at the statement.
"It's neither hot or cold. This flame is comfortably warm." Chopper concluded.
"Yeah, well. Get going on those antibodies, Chopper. Marco can only hold it for so long." I commented.
"Right!" He agreed before the reindeer was called off by a couple of nurses who were going to assist.
"Thank you, Marco. I'm afraid we'll have to bother you for now, but I've got a surprise that will make up for it later." I stated.
"Oh-yoi? I'll look forward to it." Marco looked around at all the ice-oni in the room. "Everyone needs a little warmth." He announced, hovering from the ground. "Phoenix Pyreapple!"
Everyone got dosed with his flame, which allowed the samurai to regain control of their iced bodies to keep fighting.
"I can feel Marco-san's warm-heartedness from this flame!" Brook announced. "But I don't have skin to feel warmth though! Yo ho ho ho ho!"
"Well, he is a doctor." I stated with a smile.
"Marco!" Queen bellowed "That bastard and the damn raccoon are such a pain in the ass! Hey, guys! Catch the raccoon already! Don't tell me you fell for the raccoon's words, saying he'll save everyone!" Queen belittled Chopper's conviction.
"That's a lie!" Queen continued. "Why would he wanna save you guys?! That shitty raccoon is trying to deceive us and bring us all down! Don't waver! If you don't wanna die, get rid of the raccoon and take back the antibody!" His voice echoed throughout the room before his voice turned quiet. "Hurry up, or I'll kill you all."
Fear was the final motivator for our enemies. They raised their weapons and started to move towards the opening that Chopper and his assistants went through.
"Let's give him some cover." I hollered to Brook and Ronin as I ran ahead of everyone else.
"Wax-wax wall!" I called, as my arms liquified into wax, creating a wall with a door in the middle. I modified the door, so it could only be opened from the inside. "This wall is the line! No one shall cross until Chopper is finished!" I rallied the samurai while Brook took his position in front of the door.
Robin was soon next to him, her arms already in position for battle.
"Leave it to us, Ama-san. We'll hold the line, so Chopper can focus." Brook reassured.
"We're gonna punish those hardheads." Robin announced.
I smiled. "Lu's got a great crew, but I won't leave without one final present." I raised my. Arms summoning all the sand that I created and hid against the walls, I directed the sand tsunami to bury the incoming attacks and attackers before conducting the particles to squeeze harshly. "Sand tomb." I spoke as the deed was done.
"As promised. Your gift. Half the opposing forces on this floor are gone. I'll be back once I drop Zoro off with Lu."
"Yo ho ho ho ho- you really scare me sometimes, Ama-san." Brook monotoned at the end while Robin gave a sweet laugh.
I smiled before heading back over to Marco and Zoro.
"An infection, an antibody, and a biological weapon,  I see, I've got a pretty good idea on what's going on-yoi!" Marco claimed. "Hey, Roronoa! Don't you have to go and cut Kaido up-yoi? If you want to get to the top, I'll fly you up-yoi." He offered as I came to a stop next to Zoro.
"Thanks for the offer." Zoro stated, slinging his arm around my shoulders. "But I've already got a ride."
I lightly elbowed him in the stomach. "Don't say it like that. People will misunderstand." I chastised as I felt my cheeks become rosy. I cleared my throat. "I'll get him there. Will you handle the others? They really shouldn't be wasted here."
"Leave it to me-yoi. Be careful, Ama-san."
"Of course," I agreed, wrapping my other arm around Zoro's torso. "After all, I still got that surprise for you." I turned my head. "Ready, Greenie?"
The swordsman glanced in return. "This is the way we're going?" He questioned, eyeing our side hug. "Let's go."  Zoro nodded his head in acceptance with a sly smile on his lips.
Feeling my cheeks darken further, I imbued myself with the rumble fruit and shot us off towards the stairs.

Meanwhile... 3rd Person POV

"The fourth floor." A female voiced. "Looks like Straw Hat is about to reach the fourth floor of the castle! At the stairs ahead, there are multiple headliners to intercede." The scout informed King. "He is also with First Son of the Sea, Jimbe, and Fire Fist Ace."
"I see. He won't be getting through that floor anytime soon then, but he's got strong allies. Where is that red head that took out Jack, Amaya?"
"Hmm, let's see. She and Rononoa are hugging on the Performance Floor." The scout replied. Her ability allowed her to see from various checkpoints throughout the castle in real time.
King's contemplation froze in surprise. "Hugging?" He lifted a brow.
"Yes, she and the swordsman and standing side to side with an arm wrapped around each other-Wait! They just disappeared in a flash!"
King's brows furrowed. "Where did they go?"
"Ehh!?! They're standing next to Straw Hat Luffy now!"
"You just told me they were on the Performance floor with Queen. Now you're telling me that they have scaled a few floors in an instance?" King questioned her sight. Then again once Big Mom spoke earlier, she made herself scarce rather quick then too.
"Yes, King! I saw it plain as day. Amaya, the Sky Goddess was in the new location in a matter of moments, along with the swordsman." She paused, seeming to look at something else in the distance. "Eh?!? Now, Amaya, Rononoa, Ace, and Straw Hat have disappeared, leaving Jimbe behind on the fourth floor to fight."
King frowned. "Understood, they are probably headed to Kaido at the top. I'll go handle them myself." He turned to leave the room in long strides. "It's time to nip that red head nascence in the bud once and for all."
