"You're Emma?" Hiccup asked, examining her closely. Even though a weight was lifted off his chest, he couldn't help being a little suspicious. Especially because this was Jack they were talking about. Jack's sibling, for one.

She chuckled. "Yes it is. You've changed, Hic." She said, slowly walking down the stairs.

"What do you mean?" He asked, watching every step of hers carefully.

"Oh, that's right, you don't remember me from 8 years ago. I woke up right around the time you were being possessed my Nightmare. He sure knew how to keep a paralyzed lady company." She giggled, coming to a stop right in front of him after a long pause. He glared.

"Paralyzed? You don't look it." He said, mustering up suspicion in his voice.

"I healed," she stepped closer. "Everyone heals, dear Hiccup. Think your the only one who is special?" She asked, finally inches from Hiccups face.

"No, but I don't trust you. Keep that in mind, Emma." He says, keeping her eye contact constant. Alex whistled, feeling the thick tension in the air. Jack was still shocked, just watching the two talk, but not comprehending any of it. He was pale... Well... Paler than usual. He didn't know what to think. He didn't even know what to saw. He was dumbstruck.

"I sure will, Dear Hiccup. Unfortunately I only want to see one person," she turned around and stepped forward towards Jack, finally seeing face to face after 318(ish) years of being separated. This was a big thing for Jack. It makes Hiccup feel happy for Jack, but at the same time, it hurts.

"Hello Jack," she said, after the air became very thick with silent tension.

Jack just stood there with a dumbstruck look still plastered to his face. He looked frozen in place(pun intended xD) his face distorted into multiple emotions, though the main emotion visible on his face was that of shock.

"Did I scare you?" She asks, smirking a little.

"N... No." Jack chocked out, feeling his stomach clench up to the first words he said to his sister. His own flesh and blood.

"Wow. It's been a while since I've heard your voice, Jack." Hiccup caught a glimpse of her, finally see that she had started crying.

"Oh, don't cry Emma, its okay." Jack said, springing into big brother mode. Hiccup was slightly confused, never seeing this side of Jack before. He almost felt his heart crunch... No... That was really his heart pounding hard, hurting with every breath he took, but why?

"Im sorry." They hugged which made Alex awe loudly. Jack was slightly taller than Emma, but she was still older than Jack had told hiccup she was. He tried to smile, but his heart told him not to. He didn't trust Emma, no matter how much they are related.

"Isn't this cute!" Alex asked him, feeling her insides go to jelly with warm butterflies.

"Yeah... I guess." Hiccup glanced down at his ring that Jack had given him. He still has yet to get Jack a ring. He doesn't even know what ring to give him. Should he make one? Out of shadows or wood? He was so confused. Jack made one with something that meant so much to him, but Hiccup was clueless. He felt like the worst fiancé ever.

"Hiccup?" Jack asked, snapping hiccup back into reality. Jack chuckled, as Hiccup dropped his hand.

"Yes?" He asked, gulping.

"We have Emma, didn't you want to go to the Guardians?" He asked.

"You wanted to go to the guardians," Hiccup corrected. "I was just following."

"Well it was for you at first." Jack pointed out, still holding his sisters waist closely. He didn't want to let go, his grip meant he wont loose her now.

"Yeah it was, but now its for you. So whatever you decide im down with. I dont care, as long as it doesn't involve fighting, I'm good." He chuckled, saying the truth.

Jack rolled his eyes. "Whatever hon, come on guys. Let's go talk to the guardians about this whole curse mess."

"I don't know. I don't think we should involve the guardians." Hiccup said, itching the back of his head.

"And why not?" Jack asked, stepping away from his sister.

"You remember what they did to me, right?" Hiccup asked. "How they shunned me? I don't think I want to really... Uhm... Show up there."

"Really Hivcup? That was like.. 5ish years ago. Get over it." Jack said, looking up and down him. Hiccup scoffed.

"Your telling me to get over it? Your the one who were pissed the most about it!" Hiccup shouted.

"Look can we not fight? I just got reunited with my sister." Jack said a little coldly.

"Oh and being reunited with me is nothing? I was dying." Hiccup said. Jack didn't seem to hear him, his only focus was on his staff, his blue tipped hair getting in the way of his eye sight. Jack sighed.

"Let's go." He said and started walking off with Emma who was traveling behind him. Alex shrugged and started walking away as well.

Hiccup gulped. Did Jack really take his sisters side? He didn't even take hiccup into consideration once. Like what the hell.

Hiccup sucked in air and marched on once again, not knowing his back was being watched like a hawk.
