*Jack's P.O.V*
It was great to see my sister. I couldn't have been happier to see her. Last time I saw her was in my dreams. But now she's... Now she's here and smiling and being my sister again. Of course it's the older her, but its still her. God I missed her so much.
"You know, when you passed away, Mother and I always visited your grave. Until I passed away from a mere fever." Emma said, breaking the silence.
"You passed away huh? How long after me?" I asked.
"A couple years. Poor Mother: She lost father and then you three years after and then me. God I want to know how that women was still breathing after all of us." Emma said, putting her hands in her face, making sure the tears don't fall.
"You have to think though Emma. Life was different back then. You didn't cherish life as much as you do now a days. People are soft these days, but back then, they weren't." I say, making her smile a bit. That warmed my heart. Seeing her smile.
"When is Hiccup getting back?" Alex mumbled, making me blink and realize my fiancé is missing. Well how did I not see that?
"When did Hiccup leave?" I asked.
Alex looked at me and gave me an angry glare. Jesus what did I do?
"Really? He left about an hour ago you dumbass!" She said and got up to storm out of the cave. Well what's she mad about? It's Hiccups fault for not telling us he left. He should be the one she should be mad at. Not me.
"OhMyGod!" I heard Alex gasp, making me jump up and rush outside. She was kneeling before hiccup as he held his side, leaning on Toothless for balance. His face had a deep cut on it, blood pouring down and his hands were covered in blood.
"What the hell happened?!" I yelled, running up to grab his arm. I rushed him inside the cave and placed him up against the cave walls. He twitched uncomfortably.
"What do you think?" He asked, sliding up the wall for better balance.
"Pitch?" I asked.
He shook his head. "Mandrake. That asshole." He said. I gulped and slowly moved his hand to see the cut, but it was already healing itself. Well shit, I wish I had tha- wait I do have healing powers.
With the mini anger, I slapped hiccup upside the head. He screetched a protest but I continued to glare. "That was for not telling me you left!" I shout.
He scoffed, with a look of utter disbelief. "I did tell you I left!" He screamed.
"What? No you didn't! I would've went with you to where ever you went!"
"I told you I was leaving to feed Toothless you frosty moron! I practically screamed it into the cage but you were to busy with Emma to even listen!" He screamed, his angered face only made me want to punch the ever loving shit out of him.
"I sense jealousy in your tone," I mock.
"Jealousy?" He squeaked. "It should be fucking anger! Lately you've been wrapped up in a world I don't even know! You haven't been acting like you are there by my side. You agree with everything she does! You have been disregarding me ever since I woke up from nearly dying!" He shouted.
"I have not! I was so relieved when you awoke! Hell I want to marry you! Being a fiance means I'll always be there for you but I found my sister. My bad if I wanted to spend time with her!"
"That's the thing, Jack! Lately you haven't been acting like a fiance!" Hiccup shouted, his eyes suddenly growing misty. "A fiance, or husband for that matter, doesn't toss their loved ones aside. Even if they find something they missed, they should still be yours only. Lately, I haven't felt that from you. I have only been feeling space, and that is not what I want to feel." He finished, a tear falling onto his cheek. He sat up, grunting as he did, and walked out of the cave, ignoring Alex's calls for him to stop.
I sighed and looked down at my hands. "For the record, Jack. He did say he left. He said it twice and he looked pained when you didn't acknowledge him. You say you are his fiance, then you should prove it." Alex said, her cold words cutting me deep as she walked outside as well, leaving Emma and I in the cave alone. An awkward silence came about in the cave, not even Emma knew what to say after all that.
We just sat there in thick awkward silence. That's when you could hear Hiccups voice coming into the cave. His and Alex's. Listening in, I could only hope Emma wasn't too.
*Hiccups P.O.V.*
This was not how I wanted to spend my time healing from a wound. But that hurt me. He really didn't hear me when I said I was leaving. He was to busy and caught up with Emma that he didn't even acknowledge the fact I was there and I don't even know why I'm crying. Is it the fact I feel betrayed?
"Give it time," Alex said, sitting next to me. "He will eventually pull his head out of his ass." She smiled, laying her cape down so she could sit on the snow.
"I hope. It hurts to see him take so much initiative into his sister, who, I don't even trust and totally disregard me." I sighed and hugged my knees closer to my chest. "Sad to say, I'm starting to think mandrakes offer suited me better." I grumbled, sniffling the leftover snot from my crying fit.
"Hiccup Haddock! Never say that again! Jack will pull his head out of his ass and you will both be married and happy. What Mandrake offered you, can't be as great as this love you two have. Now stop pouting and suck it up. We need rest for where ever Jack was planning on going. I think the guardians, but who knows." She smiled and pinched my cheek before going back into the cave.
I chuckled. She was right though. I do need to suck it up. Mandrake won't win, neither will pitch... Again. Gods we need to get rid of that man.
