Matteo's POV
"Your ready son?" Dad ask me while I'm packing my things for tomorrow's flight.
Mauuna lang kami kina Sarah dahil may aayusin pa kami. My family was really excited ng malaman nila na sasama sa akin si Sarah sa Cebu. Although it's not their first time to be with Sarah in Cebu but they are more excited than me dahil it's their first time na makasama sya sa ganitong event. Last year hindi sya nakasama dahil nagkasakit sya but this time sasama at manunuod sya with my mom and other relatives.
"100% ready, Dad" I answered him with a big smile.
"You really are excited ha?"
"More than excited."
While I'm in Cebu, I need to run some important things like our business and I need to visit Lolo. My dad told me his sick kaya I really want to see him.
"Hello, lo" I gave him a tight hug. Nakabed rest sya ngayon dahil yan ang payo ng mga doctor.
"How's my favorite apo, ha?"
"I'm okay,lo. But you need to take care of yourself para hindi kana magkasakit"
He just laugh. He gave me a pat and said.
"Promise me one thing, take care our family and Sarah."
"Don't be like that lo. As if its your last breath."
Hinihika pa sya. Tumawa lang sya.
"Basta ipangako mo sa akin yan"
"Okay. But for now, I have a surprise for you."
"I'm too old for that."
"What's that?"
"Sarah is coming this Saturday to watch my race. I promise babalik ako dito with her para makita mo sya. I know matagal mo na syang gustong makita at si Sarah rin ay gusto ka ring makita. Kaya dapat magpagaling kana para makapagbonding naman tayo"
He just gave me a smile. I know natutuwa sya dahil makikita nya si Sarah. Lolo and Sarah have special connection. Ngayon lang naging ganito si Lolo sa mga naging girlfriends ko. I guess Sarah is special.
