September 28th. I havent been looking forward to this day at all. I know i said i could handle being without Luke for another week but i cant. I know i cant. But i couldnt tell Luke that. Because then he wouldnt go. So i lied. I lied and said i would be okay. Because i knew he couldnt miss the extra few shows. I couldnt let that happen. So im just putting on a happy face for him and tried to make the sadness in my eyes unnoticeable. I sighed and rolled over, facing Luke. He looked so peaceful. He must have been dreaming of something nice since he has a smile painted on his face. Dimples extremely prominent. I leaned over and pecked his lips, then plopped back down. I watched as his smile grew bigger and his eyes fluttered open. "What a great way to wake up." He mumbled and stretched his arms. "Good morning sweetie." He said and kissed my cheek. "Good morning." I smiled. He draped an arm around my torso and pulled me into his chest. "Thanks for taking off school today." He said and kissed the top of my head. "No problem Lewi." "So what should we do today? My flight isnt until 10 tonight." He asked and i shrugged. "I dont know. I can text Emily and see if her and Calum would want to go out." I suggested and Luke nodded. "Sounds good to me." He grinned. I reached over and grabbed my phone off of my bedside table and proceeded to text Emily.

Hey, do you and Calum wanna go out and do something with me and Luke in a little bit?
I hit send and rolled out of Lukes grasp, then got out of bed. "Heeeeeeeyyyyy. Where are you going?" Luke whined and i laughed. "Im going to get some clothes then hop in the shower." I stated and grabbed a pair of black skinny jeans and a t-shirt. "Well can i atleast join you?" Luke asked sheepishly, his cheeks turning bright pink. "Yes Luke-well wait actually." I walked towards my door and looked over at my brothers across the small hallway dividing the two rooms. "Nick?" I called. No answer. I knocked on his door then slowly opened it. No where to be found. I went back in my room and looked out the window to see only my car in the driveway. I smiled then turned back around. "Is the coast clear?" Luke laughed and i nodded running into the bathroom, with Luke following close behind.

I drove up to Emilys house to see her and Calum sitting on her steps. Once they saw my car they both hopped up and got into the back seats. "So where are we going?" Emily asked as i pulled away. "Honestly have no clue." I laughed. "Luke?" I asked, quickly glancing over to him. "Any ideas?" "Well uhm. Its only 12 right? We can go get some lunch then go to that boardwalk place that you took me before." He smiled and i nodded. "Sounds good to me." Calum stated. "Now the real question is, where are we going to eat?"

We ended up going to Momijis after Emilys numerous pleads. Momijis is a little japanese restaurant in our area and Emily loves it. Truth be told, me and Luke only gave in so we can make asian jokes towards Calum the entire time. "For the last fucking time Luke, im not fucking asian!!" Calum yelled as we walked out of the place. I bursted out laughing along with Emily as well, as i unlocked my car. Luke raised his hands up in defense, chuckling under his breath and getting into the car along with everyone else. "So boardwalk?" I asked as i pulled out of the parking lot. "Boardwalk it is sweetie." Luke smiled.

"So what rides are we going on?" Calum asked, excitedly. He looked like a little kid on his first trip to Disney World. "Anything you want baby." Emily said. "EVERY. SINGLE. ROLLERCOASTER." Calum yelled and my breath hitched. There is no way im going on any rollercoasters. I squeezed Lukes hand and he look down at me. I widen my eyes at him and he nodded and kissed my forehead. "You and Emily can go on the rollercoasters. Me and Amanda will hang back and go on a few rides while waiting for you guys." Luke said and i sighed in relief. "Awh c'mon man! You love rollercoasters!" Calum stated and Luke shook his head. "But i love Amanda more." He smiled and looked down at me. I felt my cheeks flush and i hid my face in Lukes side. "You sappy little shit." Calum laughed and grabbed Emilys hand, dragging her over to the first coaster on the pier. Luke looked down at me and smirked. "Soooo. Bumper cars?" He asked and i nodded. "Bumper cars."

"Luke face it! I beat you fair and square!" I laughed. Me and Luke had just finished playing an "intense" racing game at the arcade and Lukes all butthurt because i got 1st place compared to his 3rd. "The game was rigged! Everytime i tried to get past someone they'd bump me over and my car would flip. It was rigged." Luke explained and i just shook my head. "Whatever helps you sleep at night Lewi." I smiled and rubbed his shoulder. "Im gonna go play some more games. Ones where my girlfriend cant beat me." He huffed sarcastically and kissed my cheek. "Dont be such a baby!" I called after him and he just rolled his eyes, making me giggle. I turned around and saw Emily and Calum at a crane. I walk over to them and watched as Calum skillfully picked up a stuffed elephant. I got to them just as the elephant fell into the prize box. Emily squeaked and pulled the elephant out of the bottom of the crane. "Calum you're the best!" She yelled and kissed his cheek. "Tell me something i dont know." He laughed and Emily smacked his arm. "Calum i must say though, that was pretty impressive." I commented. "Its all in the wrist." He scoffed and Emily laughed. "Oh yeah? Then why did it take you like 7 tries to get it huh?" She asked and Calums face turned bright red. "So Amanda! Did Luke win you anything yet?" He asked, changing the subject. "No, actually." I sighed and looked down. "You might wanna turn around." Emily nudged. Confused, i turned around to see a three foot penguin in front of me. I pushed it down a little bit to see a grinning Luke. "Luke how the fuck did you win that?" I asked in complete shock. "Im good at skeeball." He shrugged and i shook my head. "Luke you were gone for like 3 minutes. Theres no way you could have accumulated that many tickets to win that penguin." I stated and Luke blushed. "Okay fine." He huffed. "I may have won the jackpot on that Deal or No Deal game." "And how much was the jackpot?" I asked. "Like 100,000." He mumbled and my eyes widened. "Holy shit Luke. Thats awesome!" "So you like it?" He asked sheepishly, handing it over to me. "Of course Lewi." I smiled and hugged him. "I just figured you could use something to cuddle with while im gone." He whispered. "I love you." I said and kissed his cheek. "Love ya too."

We were on our way to the airport and i could feel myself dozing off. Luke decided to drive because he knew how tired i was from today. "Baby." Luke whispered. "Hmm?" I grumbled. "You're falling asleep." "So?" I asked and he sighed. "We're almost at the airport sweetie." He said and my eyes opened right up. I shifted in my seat and sat up straight. Luke glanced over to me and laced his fingers with mine. I couldnt stop thinking about him leaving. Its going to be a rough week without him. "Stop thinking about it." He said. "Stop thinking about what?" I asked, looking at him. "Stop thinking about me leaving. Its only for a week and then i'll be back." He stated. "How did you know i was thinking about that?" I questioned, forrowing my eyebrows. "Because you always furrow your eyebrows when you're thinking about something. Especially when its something that makes you sad." He explained as we pulled into the airport. He parked and shut off my car then looked at me. "Luke im not up-" "Amanda i knew by the look on your face when i told you that i was leaving again that you were." He interupted. "Why couldnt you just tell me that?" "Because i didnt know how to Luke. How do you explain to your boyfriend that you're petrified of what you're going to see all over the interent while he's gone. I dont know how many more cheating rumors i can take Luke. I know you would never cheat on me, i know that. But just the thought of it kills me. And im just afraid they'll be more when you're back home. That plus everything with school is just too much for me to handle right now." I sobbed and he brought both of my hands in his. "Now listen to me. I would never cheat on you." He said, staring into my eyes. "Luke i know that-" "Just listen to me please." He pleaded. I nodded, letting him continue. "I would never cheat on you Amanda. You have no idea how much you mean to me. You are my world. You are my everything. Feel that?" He asked, placing my hands on his chest. I nodded feeling his heart beat faster than normal. "Thats how you make me feel Amanda. You make my heart race everytime i see you. You manage to make me fall in love with you again every single day. Why would i ever risk jeopardizing something like that?" He asked and i shrugged, wiping the tears off of my cheeks. "I love you okay? I gave you that ring for a reason. Never forget that." "I love you too Luke." I mumbled and he pressed his lips to mine. We pulled away and he wiped away some more tears with his thumbs. "And listen, you cant text me or call me whenever you need me you know that. We'll be texting regardless but if you especially need me, call. I dont care what time of the day." He said and i nodded once more. "Okay." I whispered. "Good. Now lets go. Me and Calum have a flight to catch."
