It's not maze runner related but please take time to read this. I've been crying ALL morning. I would like to give my deepest and heartfelt condolences to Daniel Kyre, his family and friends, especially Cyndago and Mark. I'm aware that many of you wont know who Daniel was, but he was a truly inspirational, aspiring youtuber who I have watched for a long long time. A few days ago, Daniel attempted suicide. His attempt failed, leading him to damage his brain, he was taken to hospital, but there was nothing the doctors could do. They took away his life support, he passed away peacefully on Friday.
This was due to Daniel's depression, he seemed like a very happy man, always smiling and keeping us and his friends happy. This shows us that depression can affect even the most innocent of people, and can strike at any time, the results can be awful, fatal in Daniels case. If anyone reading knows anyone who suffers from depression, negative and suicidal thoughts, anxiety, any mental illness that makes them struggle, you must hold them close to you. They need your help more than anything, and you should support them in always possible, no matter what.
If you are, like me, suffering with mental illnesses such as the ones I listed, please know that it's always okay to get help. The suicide hotline are always happy to help, as well as 'child line' and many other services. Remember, PLEASE remember, that so many people love you and care about you, suicide prevents things from getting better. Talk to your parents/carers, friends, other family members, teachers, anyone. People WANT to help, I'LL help! Remember that I'm only a message away, I suffered too. I know what it's like. I'm happy to help and talk, I'll stay up all night and talk to you if you feel down. Remember that. I love everyone reading this, and I hope you all know.
Rest in peace Daniel, you will be incredibly missed, inspirations never truly die.❤️
