Chapter 28- Investigation

*Destiny's POV*

We drag Stephen into our bedroom, and close the door.

"You know this is kidnapping technically right?" He says struggling to get to the door, but Klay stands in front of him.

"What did you and my little sister do last night?" Klay says practically growling. I look at him and put my hand on his shoulder trying to get him to calm his balls. Klay really takes Tae and Taylor being his sisters seriously. Especially with Tae. He feels like he needs to protect her all the time. It's only because he doesn't like her feelings being played with. Even if the person involved is his bestfriend.

"We didn't do anything.. Chill out man." Stephen says looking Klay coldly in the eyes.

"It's not the fact that y'all did something, it's the fact that y'all didn't tell us anything. We tell each other everything. And if you're gonna pursue Tae romantically, while she has a fiance then, I hope you plan on really fighting for her." I say stepping in between the two of them. Stephen is like my brother. I don't want them fighting each other, because we're a family. Klay just likes the idea of having a little sister to take care of. He's told me how he's always wanted a sister but all his mom gave him was brothers. So I'm happy me and Tae came into his life, fulfilling a different section of his heart.

Klay nods his head. "Exactly. Y'all act like ya can't speak no more."

"I'm really sorry you guys. But it literally just happened yesterday. We were gonna tell you guys-" He pauses in thought. "That's what the house meeting was about. We have something to show y'all, cause we're gonna need your help." He says taking a long, deep breath afterwards.

"Blake's here. Does it involve him?" Klay says.

"Oh yeah, it's dead ass about that nigga." Stephen says making a face.

"Whoa calm down, you're getting too gangster Stephen." I say laughing my ass off. They both just look at me. I can tell this is a serious moment, so my laugh turns into a sly cough. "So what level crisis is this?" I say taking Klay's arm and wrapping it around my waist.

"On a scale from 1-10?" He says folding his hands on top of his head.

"Yeah of course, what other scale is there?" Klay says unwrapping his arm from my waist. Shortly I grab his arm again and wrap it around me again. "You're so spoiled." He says in my ear.

Stephen cringes, then he says, "Level 10."

When we finish our talk we all disperse and I go downstairs to tell Taylor the tea.

"I KNEW HE WASN'T PERFECT. KLAY IS FULL OF SHIT." Taylor screams excitedly.

Klay peeps his head around the corner, "What was said?" He says looking at me and Taylor. We wave him off and he goes back into the living room with everyone else. We had to act normal while Stephen was outside bugging Blake's car.I'm still not sure why he's bugging his car, but I'll find out soon, which is why I need Blake to go. We go into the living room and I break the news to him.

"Sorry B-In-Law, but we're taking Tae out to have a spa day." I say standing in front of him and the TV.

"Why are you saying sorry?" He says looking at me.

"Because you gotta go so she can get ready." I say crossing my arms.

He looks at Klay and says, "So you're gonna let her throw me out like this?" After that, laughing hysterically.

"Hey, man.. I can't back you up. She'll kick me out too." He says taking a sip of his orange juice. Just then Stephen walks into the house. Every one turns and looks at him. He just raises his eye brows and walks upstairs.
