Chapter 20: Agreements

Aurora's POV

She snitched on me.

After giving her the friendly push she needed to her lover she must of mind-linked Sage and told him about the letter because once I got into our room to pack up the evidence he was waiting there with the letter in his hands. Oh you should of seen the look on his face, it was so bad that I tried jumping out the window but he caught me and held all his frustration in just to ask me to explain.

You know when you have a friend that gets mad easily but they hold all their anger in and they smile at you? That's exactly what he did.

And I was terrified. And his smile was wide but his eyes were daring me to not tell him.

Right after I was done telling him he tried to immediately call a pack meeting but u I stopped him in his tracks and convinced him to do it tomorrow so we wouldn't ruin phoelia's date.

What I mean by convincing was basically me sealing my lips with his until he finally agreed.

So here we are. At 9 in the freaking morning in his office.

By "we" I mean Donovan, Shane, Phoelia, Jasper, Luca, Scarlet, Amelia, Jessica, Sage, and me of course. Jason was also standing next to some girl with orange red-ish hair which I now know to be Veronica.

We've been here since 7 and we we're now caught up with everything. So I was half asleep but from everything I heard:

Scarlet woke up with blood on her hands, which was identified as a pack members who we found laying dead by a tree a few days ago.

Amelia's been having nightmares and that's not a good thing.

Veronica was the rouge they found but she's not a werewolf- she's a witch which shocked us all.

And some creep is sending me weird letters but amazing blue flowers.

That sums it all up.

"What is the next step were taking?" Shane asked looking towards Donovan and Sage.

"We are going to train the pack members and the boys 16+ starting today and we will also start gathering information." Sage says.

"Not only that, but I will be questioning the pack members and looking out for suspicious people." Donovan added in.

Both Shane and Luca nodded like they were giving instructions. I mean they might have I don't know, I'm pretty sleepy.

"When will we train?" Jessica added in pointing to herself and all the other girls.

"You guys don't."

"Say what now?" Phoelia had her eyebrow raised.

"Its too dangerous for you guys to be out in the battle." Luca said locking eyes with Josephine.

"This isn't the 1700s, we can take care of our selves." Amelia and Scarlet chimed in.

"Your not going and that's final." Donovan and Shane spat.

"Listen you sexist bastards, if you haven't noticed, the people who are threatening this pack has already gone to far lengths as to right letters and kill someone just to put it on someone else's hands. And don't forget, this was on inside the house so whose to say that we won't be safer in the battle then in this very house?" This was the first time veronica said anything and it has so much attitude with it that the boys didn't even know what to say.

"Yea. That's right." I chimed in nodding. Don't blame me, I'm still half asleep here.

"You girls will not go into battle."

'We'll see about that' I mind-linked the girls but I could tell veronica didn't get it because she was glaring daggers at Sage

"Well with this being said, the girls are having a day out."

Sage wanted to protest but I glared at him.

"With all this going on today may be our only stress filled day, and were going. We need this and its exactly what were going to get whether any of you like it or not." Sage just sighed and looked into my eyes.

"Not do anything crazy"

"No promises" phoelia laughed

"We're leaving at 2 now let's go girls" Scarlet says while heading out the door with Amelia. Phoelia, Jessica and I started walking when I saw Veronica wasn't moving so I stopped at turned to her.

"That means you too" I laughed.

"Seriously?" She stared at me and I went over to her and grabbed her hand but Jason let out a growl.

"She's your m-?"

He cut me off by putting his hand on my lips which made Sage growl so he took his hand off.

"What were you about to say?"

"Nothing. Now let's go" I laughed grabbing her hand and taking her upstairs to meet the rest of the girls.
