"I hate horses" moaned Ty, as the three adventurers walked down the paved road.  The great walls of The City loomed before them.

"Well I don't think they're very fond of you either" replied Blue, "seeing as you scared them away"

"But do we really need them now that we have Bahg?" asked Jenna.

"I suppose not"

They continued walking.  The road wound its way around verdant hills covered in lush, green grass.  Rabbits hopped around in the distance. Jenna gazed up at the sky.  There were no clouds, and the sun shone brilliantly.  She then noticed a dark shape beginning to obscure it.

"Wow.  I didn't know there was going to be an eclipse" she exclaimed.

Blue looked up.  His eyes widened in horror.

"Uh, no?"

"When the moons align to block out the sun it causes the d-"

The ground began to rumble, becoming more violent as it got darker.  As the last beam of light faded, the rumbling stopped.  It was pitch black.  Blue flicked out his thumb and a small ball of flame popped into life, illuminating the area around them.  He drew his sword.  The others followed suit.

"Jenna, keep an eye on the ground" he spoke.

"Why?"

"Just do as I say"

She loaded a small, pointed bolt onto the crossbow and pulled back the lever.  There was a click as the bowstring clicked into place.  She scanned her eyes over the ground.  But then, all at once, hands burst out of the ground.
