"A WHAT!?" yelled Ty at the alchemist. Acid quickly took a step back.
"A lycanthrope. You know what that means, right?" Asked Acid.
"No! Start talking, now!" Ty was obviously furious
"Well, I assume you were bitten by a werewolf, correct? Their saliva is infectious. people who were infected fall into a fever for several days before waking up. Discoloration of the eyes indicate that the transformation is complete"
"He's basically saying that you're a werewolf" piped up Blue.
Ty looked down at his hands. Him, a werewolf?
"What's going to happen to me?" he asked Acid. The anger in his voice had disappeared completely. Acid pulled a dirty notebook from one of his many pockets. The alchemist flipped through it before arriving at his desired page.
"You may start noticing strange behavioral effects. These include, heightened senses, preference of meat over other foods, unnatural distrust of strangers among other things"
Blue sighed.
"Let's stop beating around the bush, here. Tell him the big one, Acid"
"I was getting to that, if you would be so patient. Ty, I really can't stress this enough. While it is possible for a lycanthrope to live a normal life, whatever you do, do not let even a single ray of moonlight come into contact with your skin. I assume you know what'll happen"
Ty looked down into the bed sheets. Of course he knew what it meant. It meant he'd transform and lose his mind every night.
"However, if you want, I could make a potion to reverse the effects. However, it'll cost you" spoke Acid.
"Deal" said Jenna, before Blue could react. Acid nodded and began searching his shelves. He grabbed a handful of red leaves, a few bones and an empty bottle. He looked at the glass container and frowned.
"Out of all the things to run out of, it had to be ichor" he said angrily. The alchemist turned around.
"Alright then, new plan. I need you to get a special ingredient for me. You do that, then the potion is free"
Blue clapped his hands and jumped to his feet.
"Alright, deal. Tell us where to go, what to find, and we'll get it as quick as possible!"
