Once again, there was an explosion of colour and light, just as ethereal music screamed in Blue's ears. As the strands of blue energy leaped from his sword to his head, he looked up to see Jenna dashing back over to him. Ty held his head in his hands. Blue's vision blacked out completely, and he braced himself for the oncoming vision. Upon opening his eyes, Blue found himself in the black void. In front of him, he could see the window of light. It flew towards him, much faster than last time. He looked through it.
He was in some sort of great chamber. It was dark and had a sense of evil surrounding it. Blue appeared to be floating near the ceiling. In front of him were three iron chandeliers, all in a row. Beneath him, several individuals were fighting. He could make out the three people from his previous vision trying to fend off several other people. They all had black hair and were wearing blood-stained clothes.
"NOW, AERILI!" someone cried from below.
"Alright, here we go" came a feminine voice. It rang in Blue's ears. "Aerili" held up her pale hand and clenched her fist. When she opened it again, a ball of light floated above her hand. She threw the ball at the ropes. Rather than just hit the ropes, as Blue expected, two curved blades of light grew from the orb and it began to spin. It flew in a straight line through the air, severing all three ropes. The black chandeliers came crashing down, killing many of the individuals in the bloody clothes. Blue heard Aerili sigh before the window closed.
Once again, golden runes appeared in front of Blue. Try as he might, he could not look away. His eyes were burning. Trying not to scream, he remembered what he did the last time this happened. He blinked.
Blue was lying on his back, staring at the ceiling. He was in a cave, the grey stone of the walls and ceiling assured him of that. Jenna was looking into his eyes. She was making no effort to hide the worried look on her face.
"Oh, thank the gods! You're awake!" she exclaimed happily.
"H- How long was I asleep for?" asked Blue, stumbling over his words.
"Er, around four hours. I thought we would have to wait a few days!"
Blue smiled weakly.
"I'm getting better at this. Where's Ty?"
"Right here" came a gruff voice.
Blue turned his head to the side to see Ty leaning against a wall.
"Now that your nap is over, can we please go and get me cured?"
