"Woah, these trees are huge!" exclaimed Ty while looking out of the carriage window.  Blue sat in silence.  Before they got on the carriage, the king had reprieved the three of their past crimes.  Blue was no long wanted for assault, Jenna was no longer wanted for thievery, and Ty was no longer wanted for nearly every crime imaginable.  Blue smiled as he looked over at Jenna, who had her nose buried in a book.

"What are you reading?" he asked with intrigue.

"Oh, this?  It's called "The Art of Stealth".  I, uh, "acquired" it from the kings library" she replied.

"You stole it, didn't you"

"No........ yes"

He shook is head and lay back.  This was going to be a long journey.

Blue awoke with a jump.  Ty was poking him in the ribs.

"Come on, let's go!" he said impatiently.  The carriage had stopped in a clearing it the woods.  A small dirt path wound its way up a hill.  Blue stepped out gingerly, his vision bleary in the sunlight.  The carriage driver rode off without even a farewell.

"So," said Ty," shall we go?"

"Yeah, I suppose"

They walked up in hill in silence.  At the top was a hole.  It was wide enough for four people to easily fit through, but who knew what was waiting in the darkness.  The three stared down the hole.

"So, uh, who's going first?" asked Jenna hesitantly.

"All three of of us" spoke Ty.  He grabbed Jenna by the scarf and Blue by the coat.  He leapt down into the darkness, dragging the other two adventurers with him.

After a few moments of pushing and shoving, the trio lay still in the darkness.

"Blue" asked Jenna,"could you light the place up by, I don't know, maybe using a fireball, or something?"

"I have a better idea"

Blue closed his eyes and concentrated hard.  The shimmering runes from his dream slowly formed in his head.  He balled up his hand and felt a warm sensation growing from within.  He opened it to find a glowing ball of light, just like the one in his dream.  He threw it up in the air, where it floated.  He looked around to find that he was standing in a small cave.  Brown roots hung from the ceiling.  The floor was covered in a soft, springy moss.  Ty stood up and dusted himself off.  He pointed to a tunnel lead off from the cave.

"Shall we?" he asked.
