"Ms. Edmund? I don't feel so good. May I go to the bathroom?" I asked queasily to my almost-retired teacher.
Ms. Edmund stopped what she was doing to turned around. She peeked from her gigantic glasses and gave me a jolly smile before answering.
"Yes. Yes you may. And, hope you feel better." She beamed, and got straight back to her lesson. The chalk squeaked on the green board as she wrote shakily.
I slid out of my seat, and walked to the hardwood doors. The number 378 was engraved in a gold plaque on the wood.
Suddenly, I felt for a moment as if I was flying in space. A zillion stars flashed before my eyes as I floated up, sideways, up, and back. I soon realized that I had fell to the tile floor, for I had hit my head on the drab walls. I groaned and dissolved into nothing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"Uuughh. Blimey...I must've hit my head hard. Where am I?" I groaned as I fumbled up onto my feet. Everything was white.
After countless minutes of exploring, a gorgeous white ball of light rose up in the air like fireworks. As it exploded, a beautiful girl in white robes slowly floated down. Her blonde hair rippled as sparks of white flew away.
"Robyn!" I cried as she placed her feet on the pure white ground.
I ran up and gave her a big hug. She winced for a moment but soon embraced my joy.
"Oh how I've missed you!" I rejoiced, hugging tighter, "how's the Realm of Unconsciousness?"
"Yes, yes. Me too Oreo. My Realm is fine, it has finally been rebuilt. The Great Battle made a few thousand years of damage." She scoffed, certainly tired from thousands of years of work.
"How's Sparrow?" I asked.
"Your bad conscience? He is fine. But we mustn't dwell on moments of the past. I have some very important news." She exclaimed, her accent so thick you could cut it with a knife.
"Oh! What is it?" I asked eagerly.
After minutes of silence, Robyn's silvery-blue eyes turned white and she started chanting loudly.
"Lol hi it's maddie and I'm lazy so I'm gonna think of something later."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"Oreo?...Ooorrreeeooooo? Waaake uuuup..." Someone sang desperately.
I didn't know what to do, but my first instinct was to scream my conscience's name.
"ROBYN!!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!!?" I screamed at the top of my lungs, my eyes were still glued shut.
"Oreo! Snap out of it!" A different voice growled, I felt something slap me on the cheek.
"What did you do that for?" The first voice snapped.
"I'm trying to help." Voice #2 spat to the first voice.
"Hullo...?" I whimpered. I opened my eyes and found Master Lyze and Drake.
"Thank goodness you're okay..." Drake huffed, giving me a warm hug.
I looked around. I was in a crisp white cot in the infirmary. I tried to sit up, but I felt a searing pain in my head every inch I lifted.
"Ow..." I winced, slamming down.
"We gave you Numbing Brew...it will take away most of the pain of your minor concussion in twelve hours or so. But it'll hurt a lot if you try to do anything at the moment." Lyze explained.
"Okay." I said, closing my eyes to try to see Robyn again.
Master Lyze and Drake mumbled back and forth, but soon left the empty room.
