I decided it was time to fix Katy. She has been acting even stranger the past day. I've seen her pin down two...no no, wait...nine harmless bystanders.
I dashed into my room and locked the door tight.
"No one must know," I whispered quietly.
Then I skipped over to my vanity and pulled out a ziplock baggie labeled: TOP SECRET. It had three chocolaty gifts from my parents tucked in the thin plastic. Perfecto.
I shook the contents out, each circular snack clunking on the wood. I picked up one of the things, a normal oreo. The one I had in my hand plopped in my pocket, the other two being returned for later.
After that, I grabbed a pair of silver claws and headed out of my dorm.
"Katy! Katy!" I called.
Suddenly, my ninja friend flipped from the shadows and gave me a knuckle sandwich. I felt my whole body fly up in the air in slo mo, and back down with another punch.
Katy put her foot on me triumphantly, hard enough to crush my delicate heart.
"Oh, Katy dear. You know it takes more than that to push me down," I giggled, putting on my practice claws.
I did a backwards somersault and punched her in the face. For a little more affect, I did a roundhouse kick into a double handspring tuck.
Katy scrambled to her feet and scratched me with her golden claw. I dodged the second scrape and kicked her hard in the stomach. The blond crumpled to the ground.
But she got right back up, surprisingly. Her nose gushed with blood and she winced as she stepped on her right foot. Katy didn't go down easily, because she sprung right back into action.
She hit me right in the stomach with her golden talons. Pain seared through my body, but I didn't stop there. I lunged and elbowed her in the ribs. She slammed against the wall, and I pinned her to it.
"I hate you like this, Katy deary. You are so stupid. I guess when you got brainwashed you forgot I'm the nineteenth best in the world at karate," I snickered.
I popped the oreo in her mouth and Katy stopped struggling.
"Ah, my special oreos. I love them so."
I trotted off, taking my friend with me.
